We hit 100 today in Dallas and projected 100s for the week... and they said our summer was supposed to be below normal temperature wise... yeah right.
its been 95 with a 105 or higher heat index some plasces close by have gotten to a hundred
Its insane here too. In the high 90s.
Ah, memories of my years in south central Arkansas. I do not miss the debilitating heat! Was lovely yesterday, supposed to be 80 today. My ideal weather would be 75, nice breeze, sunny, dry. I think that's nearly what it was yesterday.
Its 68 right now, high of 75 today.
High today for Houston is 96. Happy first day of summer y'all.

It is to frickin hot! Our heat index is over 100 all week!
It isNEVER, EVER, EVER TOO HOT! All I remember is January when it is 10 degrees & we have 2 feet of blowing snow!
I'll take the heat ANYDAY of the year over cold!
Hot/humid and more storms on the way. We have had rain every day or at least every other day since I can't remember when. Got a great crop of weeds. Had a dandy storm this morning and supposed to get another tonight and the next 3 days. I may never go out again until fall.

My oldest daughter asked me today how we lived before air cond. The air cond in her car is broken and she thought she was going to die today. Actually riding in the car with the windows open was a way to cool off.

I'd rather have 8 feet of snow on the ground! I can always bundle up, but I can only take off so many clothes w/o getting arrested :D
It's 105 here now, I'm at the pool. I can deal with the heat because it isn't humid here usually. Until it gets over 110, THEN it's HOT! :)
