BOTOX Migraine Study~Wellesley Hills /Boston

Migraine Sufferers
Are you 18 to 65 years of age?
Do you have headaches on 15 or more days every month?
If so, you may qualify to participate in a clinical research
study evaluating the effectiveness and safety of the
investigational use of BOTOX for the treatment of headaches in
adults with migraine.

A clinical study is underway for the treatment of headaches in
adults with migraine who have headaches on 15 or more days every
month.

Study participation lasts for approximately 15 months. You will
be required to make a brief telephone call every day to answer
questions about your headaches and the medications you take to
treat your headaches.

If you qualify for the study, you will receive:
A total of five study treatments
Study-related physical examinations and blood tests at no cost
to you
Compensation for your time and travel to the study site
