Check your jars to see if they are impacted. If they are, you can request a coupon for a replacement product. It also says you should dispose of the product you have.

I filled out the form and got a coupon last week good for one product, up to $5.50. So I ended up with a very large jar!

For some reason I got 5 coupons..lol
And then my sons got fwd to my address since he is overseas.. And he got 3
