Trying really REALLY hard to get our best freebie forum up and away again but seriously feeling defeated

I've been reaching out to some I know in FB to come back and spend some time here

It's hard to find good freebies right now, I would love to see some of the action we use to see.

Those of us who have been signed up at this site for many years can remember the excellent freebies we used to get. Many of them were quite exceptional!! Really kept the 'mailman' busy! Companies don't feel the need to give good ones out anymore and those days are long past and folks have gone onto other things. I stopped looking for freebies a long time ago. But the "parties" we used to have here were a lot of fun and we connected with less drama than one finds on Facebook.

You are right there! We had great times, we shared our good news and our bad news. When I lost my dog people came out of the woodwork to let me know they were thinking of me. When my sister brought her baby home everyone rejoiced with me, when we found out she had cancer everyone prayed with me (she completely recovered). We were one happy group of people, politics were rarely talked about, I don't remember a single nasty comment. Everyone in this group has been great.

I remember that this is the first place online that I went to when my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer. After I posted it I knew I had many many prayers going up on his behalf. He recovered completely and I was so grateful.
