I am a type 1 diabetic and I usually stick with the Weigh Watchers just because it is lower calories but I don't buy it that often since it is not good for you no matter how many calories or fat grams it has or doesn't have.

Have you tried schwan's? They have light, half the fat, and no sugar added, fat free. Loolk them up..they'll even deliver to your door for $1.75!
