It's not as active as it used to be, but it feels good to get out of FB land and avoid the back and forth political overload. Hardly any For Sale or Trade activity. I want to do some, but need to learn how to link to photos (and set up a place for the photo files).

That is so true! I am normally only on FB anymore is to network animals and do my german shepherd rescue and fostering posts. When i lost my Hannah, after about 5 years, I got heavily involved in saving the gorgeous animals! I have had 12 fosters. The first foster is still here with us as my hubby and her fell in love with each other so we adopted her. She is either 12, 13 or 14 yrs old now....the rescue found her tied to a tree left with no food or water for over two weeks so we are not 100% sure of her age but her teeth give her away.
