How many pizzas?
my dd's 13th birthday party tomorrow -- we have 30 confirmed guests (mostly girls) and 6 kids who have not responded yet
we'll have chips and stuff like that out but dinner will mainly be pizza -- a round pie has 8 slices -- so I was thinking 10 pies covers 2 slices per kid with some extra -- should I get 2 more pies for "insurance" we can always freeze the left overs and have pizza for lunch all summer.

If this is not frozen pizza, I bet that most of them will only have two slices, as take out pizza is so much more robust. Maybe one extra just to be sure?
We had us, we had him, now we have everything.

the rule we used for adults at work for lunch meetings was 2 1/2 slices per person...the thing with 13 year old girls is that they will probably only nibble out in public - you know how catty that age can be - none of them would want to look like actually eat...
I would think 10 would work
