Butter (or margarine, I forget now, it's been so long) in plastic bags with a red "button" in the middle that you would squeeze to make the butter yellow.

    penny candy

I remember when I was little I use to go around looking for pennies dropped on the ground and then taking it up to the store and getting a bunch of candy for a penny a piece.

We still have one of these here. They show recent movies but not normally right when they first come out. You can go up there and sit on couches and you put your food on coffee tables (pizza, beer, popcorn, pop, etc).

I see curlers in hair all the time. I have a neighbor who walks her dog with them in her hair, and one of those filmy plastic hair covers.

We can go to the beach and get penny candy from the machines. It tastes funky - so don't know if it's old or I just have better taste buds now lol

Anyone else here old enough to remember the original blow dryers? It was a machine hooked up to something that resembled a showercap. You put the curlers in,put the cap on and sat there?
