Yep I always wash underwear after buying them lol you never know unless theyre packaged. But yes I would have reported and thats why I always grab things from the back they dont want you to do that but heck after what I see...

I wash any and all underwear, even in packages. I've worked the return desk and fitting room at Walmart and will always wash everything. Nothing like having a pair of underwear come back to the fitting room with a 'trail' in it. As one employee put it 'it's got a trail in it and I'm not talking the Oregon trail'. YUCK!

i think that going to the grocery and eating the produce is just the same as stealing also.
