We planned on attending but found out a few days ago our theatre was not able to get a copy due to limited release. We'll go to New York next week to see it. He was nuts but so talented.

I saw it yesterday. I have intentions on seeing it at least once one more before it leaves the theater. It was a magical experience.

ETA- Don't leave before the credits stop rolling as you'll miss some additional footage.

Went last nite and took ds10. LOVED IT! And the credits were great too. What a shame we lost all that talent so young. He had lots of energy and agility for a 50 yr old IMO. He seemed younger than that.

Jammed to tunes all the way to the theater and back! RIP Michael!

Make that 3 words: strange talented dude

I look at this 'movie' as celebrating his talent, not 'promoting'/'celebrating' his 'lifestyle'.

I hope to get to see it. Despite all the ugliness he was accused of, and IMO he did have an 'odd and questionable' lifestyle, he still made wonderful music. In no way do I let him off the hook for other things just because I enjoy his music, everyone is good and 'bad'.
