Does anyone have a Proscan or Insignia Flat screen LCD TV?
Was looking at these brands at Best Buy and just wondered about the quality since it was not a name brand.(or at least a big well known one).
Thanks for any help.

proscan is made by the same manufacturer as RCA (I think); I personally wouldn't touch it.
Not sure about the other one.
Stay away from Westinghouse also.
I'd go Sharp, Panasonic or Sony (if you can afford). I've had great results with all my ?Sony stuff.

I'm not sure but I think Insignia is the Best Buy brand. I checked out cnet reviews and Insignia depends which model it has 3 or 4 stars for the ratings.

I bought an Insignia almost two years ago. It has been great. Do some research online. I believe that Insignia is owned by another major brand... Can't remember who!

We USED to have a ProScan. Run away from it as fast as you can! Nothing but trouble.

I got a Curtis from HHGregg, it is nothing but trouble first week I got it, and I didn't get the warranty my mistake.
