we live in the country so no trick or treaters here, to far to walk in between houses lol.....I go with my sister and her kids(they live down the road from me) and we go to a subdivision closer to town, trick or treating is from 6-8pm and it takes us all of that to go through both sides of the subdivison if we keep moving....its a great subdivision where the kids have a lot of friends living through out....I usually dress up and go trick or treating myself but this year I just dont feel like it lol

We go around our neighborhood. We live in a small town and it is possible to walk all over it if you were inclined to do so.Tonight we walked until my son's bag got too heavy for him.

All of the trick or treats around here was last night. They we never trick or treat on Friday or Saturday nights around here, crazies out driving around on weekends. But last night we took the kids to the neighborhood my dh grew up in. His mom still lives there, big nice houses. But there are alot of older people who still live there. My daughter gets tired half way through, and we go back to the house, dh and ds continue the rest of the way. It takes about hour and half to go through it all.

Last year when my grandchildren were here we took them to an old neighborhood we once lived in, they deck out real good and almost every house participates. This yr my daughter just took them up their own street. It took about an hour and they were happy.

We live in a small town, I bought several bags of candy, took them to my moms house(I live in the sticks, never had a trick or treater in 21 yrs) she lives in a subdivision and no trick or treaters either, We left at 5 and got done at 7 we went downtown and to a nearby subdivision. We had nephews little boy, little girl, our daughter her boyfriend, my nephew, wife, we walked around with the kids and really had a good time, my nephews little boy is 2 and he really had fun this year, at first when people started putting candy in his bag, he would stand there and wait to see if they would put the whole bowl in his bag, we had to tell him he had to go to other houses to get more, he got the hang of it until he collapsed in a ladys yard from being so tired, my husband put him on his shoulders and he sang the rest of the way through trick or treat.
