I would KILL for a REAL Tamale or Chile Relleno. When I lived in Scottsdale, we had this old man come into work & sell his wifes home-made tamales. The spicy pork would kill you the next morning, but SSOOOOO worth it!
I miss AZ so much., I could get a burrito the size of my arm at 4 in the morning.
Thanks for sharing the horchata recipe. I'm gonna man up one day & make some. HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED THE MIX that they sell., like kool-Aid?

I've tried it, it's not bad, just isn't as good as homemade.
This place by my apt, there is NO WAY I can eat a whole burrito from there, they are HUGE!

I'm glad I learned years ago to make my own mexican food.
I make everything from scratch down to the refried beans
and pico de gallo
