Good news for my friend.
My friend has 2 girls, ages 4 and 2. She was expecting another girl. She delivered this week and guess what? It is a boy. I don't know how the mistake was made but it was. Of course they were happy knowing they were having a girl but were thrilled to get the boy!!

OMG, I bet they were stunned! Congrats to your friend! If I tell my hubby that, he will hold out some hope for a boy this time around. However I had a amnio and I think he's pretty convinced at this point :c)

I had that happen to me with my daughter Jenica. They told me I was having twin boys (had 3 ultrasounds) and out just came an almost 10 pound girl. I was very surprised but my doctor was even more surprised.

CONGRATS to your friend!
A friend of mine was told she was having a girl-even had 3 ultrasounds. Her Mom went nuts and bought everything girly and frilly, her entire baby shower was pink! They even had the nursery painted pink with frilly lace etc. Well suprise. She was a HE! They had to bring him home from the hospital in a pink outfit too! They named him "Chance". LOLKeep your chin up!

It still blows my mind that in this day and age mistakes like this still happen. What a nice surprise for your friend though.
