Most of the 18 just call me Grandma. The one I am raising calls me GramGram and DH PaPa THe rest of the grqandparents she calls Grandma Alicia, Grandpa Ron etc. She got into a bit of a discussion with her teacher when she referred to me as GramGram on a written paper. Teacher told her it should be Grandma. She flatly told the teacher that GramGram was my name and that was how she was going to write it. YIKES I got a call from the teacher and said I would talk to her about it. Didn't do any good because she(the child) pointed out that names could be spelled any way you wanted to. Since her name is Delayna, she kind of had a point. LOL

My kids call my parents Grandma and Grandpa. They call the inlaws Grandma & Grandpa but with their first names after. I never called my Grandparents anything other than that either except for my Great Grandparents were River Grandma and Grandpa because they lived on a river. My mother hates being called Granny, she says she's not old enough to be called that.
