Thread: ebay says they are having a 1 cent sale, what does this mean?

What does it mean when ebay is having a one cent sale? I have some books to list. Does this mean I pay only one cent if the book doesn't sell? If it does sell do I pay a percentage of the amount the book sells for? I have bought from ebay lots of time but I have not sold on ebay. Thanks for the help.
