ok I think I got that her daughter got some kind of phone for her birthday and she wants to know if it cost extra to chat with photos??????
then again I may be all wrong...and obviously I don't know the answer to OP's question.

yeah I was confused too, I tried to GOOGLE the name of the phone but nothing came up, but I understand that she was asking if it cost more for photos. I'd suggest going to their website and searching that info out on your own, or you could always google your question, it's a great site for finding info along w/ www.ask.com.
