    My mother in law taught me how to make it and we use self-rising flour, water, and oil..and pan fry it...and I also add a small amount of salt. it is about 1-inch thick..it is really good with beans..

    hubby grilled lunch - brats, italian sausage, deer burgers, pork steaks, sirloin steaks & hot dogs
    sides: salad, corn on the cobb, broccoli stuffed 2x baked taters.
    dessert: totally sugar free chocolate cake & total sugar dirt cake yumm yumm
