I am sorry Shelia. I am so blessed to still have both my parents living. I can't imagine what you and the others go through. I wish there was something to say to make it easier. Since there isn't I send you a HUG!!!

Thank you all, the hugs help. This may sound kind of weird, but I am sometimes jealous of people who still have their moms in their life and then to see them talk bad about them, just makes me so sad.
If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.

I understand exactly what you are saying. My mommy is still alive and trust me I thank God for that. I do get mad at her but I refuse to trash her. Although I also realize that not everyone got wonderful mommies like we did, so its them I feel sorry for.

I am so sorry for your lose. Although I still have my mom with me I lost my dad and that is something I will never get over.........when you lose a parent it doesnt matter how old you are it still hurts just as badly

I hear you Sheila .. it bothers me too to see people talk crap about their moms, or treat them bad. I have even told some to appreciate their mom's cause you don't know what you have till their gone and than it's too late.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Distance and time may separate us but friendship and memories won't.

I am so sorry. I am glad to know that you have so many happy memories of her tough. She sounded like such a nice person. My mom is the same way.
