I just put a pork roast in crockpot and will make bbq out of it..

I have some split pea soup going in the crockpot and will make a fresh loaf of bread later in the bread machine..

Enchiladas! I'm actually going to roll the tortillas this time instead of just layering and doing a casserole.

That's interesting because I usually make it a casserole but once in a while will roll the tortillas. Maybe I'll have to do that soon.

Family is on their own tonight...I'm going to Tequilas with the girls...not sure what I'll be having aside from $1.49 margaritas!!!...
...maybe just chips and salsa

I have no idea... as usual. We really need to go shopping, I've been craving vegetarian pad thai, but don't have all the ingredients to make it. Cheese pizza is sounding good, but we'll see

Tuna on a salad greens for dh, son and I. DD hates tuna so she gets canned ravioli with a side salad.
