I've got to go exercise pretty soon, but I'll be very quiet, since some people are napping.

i can never get myself moving and motivated again after a nap, so i'll just keep pushing myself and sleep better afterward
of course if i ever got more than 5 hrs sleep my body would shut down cause it would think i actually died, lmao
