What's even funnier is that there's actually a bid on it. She can't be charged for running away... she's an adult. BUT, she CAN and SHOULD be charged for the money and time the police put into her case after she called home and reported she was kidnapped.

I really do feel bad for the recent runaway and the families involved, but this is funny without being mean.

You all have got to do a search at ebay for Jennifer Wilbanks. There are auctions for her wedding invitations to her picture on toast.

They had a story about this on our local news sunday night. The bid was only $24 then. The same person also has an auction for one of the missing posters.

The DA said he's considering filing charges for making false statements (the exact charge has a much longer title, but I don't remember what it is) and filing a false report. If they don't file criminal charges, the DA said Gwinnett county will probably file a civil suit to recover the money the county spent on the search....I don't know what Duluth may do to recover the money spent by the town.

Her fiance still wants to marry her...he thinks he's the only one who really has a right to be upset and he's already forgiven her. She's hired a high powered attorney and still hasn't made any sort of public statement.
