I have no idea. I NEVER had ANY spotting at all after mine & it's been 5 years. Have you had any check-ups since? If you don't want to see your doctor, I would at least call & talk to the nurse.

i don't think you would since the uterus is where normal bleeding/menses originates. since you have no uterus, any vaginal bleeding would be suspect. you should still be able to ovulate but the eggs are just reasorbed by your body just as sperm is with a vasectomy. you should get checked out by a doctor. if you have no money, can't you go to the health dept or a local clinic with a sliding scale fee? good luck.

do you still have your cervix? i know this is a personal question... but if you did then i would be a bit more worried about the blood.... but thats just me....

perhaps its post coital bleeding... (spelling wrong i know lol) if you still have your cervix...

by all means call your doctor...

i have heard that you can still have a mini like period if you still have your cervix and ovaries....



there are too many begnin and non bening problems to list. you could have simple no reason bleeding to an infection or perhaps a lesion...I AM NOT A DOCTOR... so please take care of yourself and your health!!!

I had my hysterectomy in November. I only spotted for a couple days and thought that was it. Then last month I was spotting all the sudden. I went to the dr and they said that where my incision was ( from where I had my cervix removed) was a little raw from my stitches disolving maybe too quickly, etc and they cauterized it and the spotting was instantly taken care of. It was a little uncomfortable for a couple hours but I havent spotted since. Now its been over a year for you so I would definitely call your dr! Keep us posted hun.
