    Question computer knowledgable people I need HELP!

    I joined a this website to buy music and the problem is everytime I try to login I get a you must enable cookies error message?? As far as I know my cookies are enabled. The customer service people told me to clear all my cache files. How do I do this? Any suggestions would help! Thanks in advance.

    I have XP and when I want to clear my cookies (cache) I go under Tools at the top of the page and then click on Internet Options. Hope that helps.
