Thread: RAOK Girl Scout patches

Okay, I am cleaning and throwing stuff out and came across these in my sewing kit. I bought my niece a girl scout vest off ebay when she joined because money was tight for her. It was used so it had some patches on it. She wasn't a brownie, so I couldn't leave the wings and rainbow on. I have:

1. Flying up wings
1. Bridging rainbow
1. #3
1. #7

Our troop numbers weren't even close lol. I also have the girl scout usa patch and council name, but this was from "wheatbelt" so it's not useable unless of course, you live there. The white on these looks like it has a faint green tint to it, like it bled when it was washed. I don't know if it will come out, I will probably throw both of those away if they can't be used by anyone.

Oh, the adhesive is gone off the patches as they were ironed on and I had to pull them off. They are still in really good condition. I doubt you could tell they were on another vest, except maybe the wings. It doesn't look bad, just worn.

ANYWAY lol, if anyone wants them, let me know and I will get em in an envelope to you. Just pm me. I'd rather someone's daughter use them, instead of just throwing them away. These darn patches get expensive.
