Oh yes, we love deer meat. My mother-n-law makes the best deer stew. For christmas we make all the nieces and nephews deer jerky (believe it or not they want jerky over a present). The first year we fixed it my nephew jumped two steps to give me a hug for it. Was so sweet.

How in the world was he able to get 5 deer? Here you can only "legally" get either 1 buck or 1 doe...that's it..we have the highest percentage of deer here in our state...my nephew went hunting the first time this year, and got a doe...

I dont know about the other poster but here in Alabama its one deer per day! My DH has gotten 4 this year so far. 2 does and 2 buttons. I love it and so does DH and DD.
Today was the last day for gun season in KS for this year, I think they will have another 2 week period in Jan, and my Dad got a doe. He kept one of the shoulders and gave the rest away. He loves deer meat but its hard for him to eat with his falsies! LOL He was so excited, called DH up and bragged to him! LOL

Anywhere near southern Alabama?? lol DH might get mad if I give some of his deer meat away but we still have some left over from last year (he was gone and his bro got like 6 deer and we all just share).

If you really want to sell some you can always get a styrofoam cooler and put some dry ice in it and send it fed ex or UPS just an idea. LOL
I hate the stuff it smells bad and taste even worse!!
