Thread: does anybody remember Union Gap Jeans?

I was all over the net just looking for a bit of nostalgia that i could buy and i cant find them anywhere!!! Was it just in my head? Did these jeans that i so adored that i could only get one pair from my parents because they were too expensive not really exist? You would think that you could find just one pair of them for sale on Ebay. Are they going by some other name that i dont remember? any comments would be enlightening to me. Thanks!!!

The only think that comes to mind when I think of Union Gap, is the band with Gary Puckett. Sorry I know that doesn't help.

Could it be Union Bay jeans that you're thinking of? Those are sold at the Gap.

i thought that might be it too but I dont think thats it. although i could be wrong but i dont see anything that is a vintage jean from the 80,s that is a union bay. the union gaps we had were a really thick heavy denim and would have multi colored stitching or colored stitching is all i can remember. i,ll take a closer look at union bays but that just doesnt ring the bell in my head Thanks

I do remember Union Gap Jeans... they were popular at the same time Hash Jeans were.
I was a very curvy girl in high school, when all the other girls were wearing the colored pants with little icecream cones on the back pocket tag. Thank Goodness for JLo making curvy backsides okay!
