that's the most sensible way, yet, is to get it in your usual diet. Smart doc!

I can not take vitamins in tablet form. Never have been able too. Being my 3rd chuld the doctor doesn't agrue with me to much to do anything LOL ...They know I am stubborn. I drink extra amounts of juices, drink more milk, eat more cereal and breads, stuff like that. I am anemic but I deal with it. I have been that way since high school. Good luck avoiding the yuck!!!

I take Nestabs...they are blue and they have no odor at all, and my nose has been ultra-sensitive to smells since I got pregnant. Guess I got lucky, eh?

I can't believe that the vitamins are still nasty tasting. And
the burps were the ultimate pits. My oldest child is 43.

Mine don't smell or taste very good either. My doctor told me to take them with a glass of orange juice to cut down on the taste. Also take them at night because you absorb them better then.

I wish I had some that didn't stink. But I will continue to take them.

Always cracked me up that I was expected to swallow something as big as a suppository.I really was tempted when the doctor ask if I was taking my vitamins to say, "Can I coat those in Vaseline so I can insert them easier?"Just to see the look on his face.

When I took mine when I was preggers they made me sick...they smelt bad but also doc said NOT to take them with food and I got so sick from them...no morning sickness...but everytime about 30 minutes after taking those I was in the bathroom praying to the porceline goddess. I talked to Doc and he said if they were causing me to get sick take them with a light meal or a full glass of milk...after that no more problems thank goodness!
Ps...dont remember the name of the ones i took but they were yellow with a heart on them.

Well Windi what do ya expect from military pharmacies, LOL, but I hear that if you shove them into the middle of a double dutch and eat them they taste better??? LOL maybe I should bring ya more than two boxes?
Seriously, go to GNC and buy some over the counter prenatals, then you can get ones that dont stink and wont taste like eating grass!
