Trying to convert time zones Can anyone help?
I need to know the difference between GMT and EST. I thought it was an hour behind. Can anyone help? TIA!

At the bottom of the threads here there is a little Spot that says "All times are GMT -7 hours." SinceI am in the mountain Zone I would think EST would be 5 hours behind GMT. However, the way I am thinking today that could be totally wrong. LOL

You're right, Eastern Standard Time (EST) is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean
Time (GMT-5)
