here is one that my grandmother swore byit was wrong, I tried it, and it predicted a boy and i had a girl, but its fun and safe.
Take a sewing needle,put a piece of thread tru it, hang it over the pregnant lady left wrist, and if it swings to the left, a boy, to the right a girl.
