When doing self exams
This pertains to Lumps that are found under the armpit that could be a warning sign of Breast cancer
Are these lumps painless or can they be red, swollen and very painful?

To get a 100% postivie answer, I think you should see your doctor, sweetie. No lumps in the breast/armpit area should be guessed about. I urge you to get it checked out.
