Jspumoni or anyone who knows how to get rid of HOTBAR
Okay, hubby inadvertently got hotbar. WE had to do a restore due to my email acting up. That worked just fine. He was then on the puter and my firewall asked if something could be permitted or blocked. He, thinking it was something of mine, clicked okay. Course, that went over well. LOL he's a gamer only. Anyhoo, ghetto_gurl supplied me to a good post in FYI as to how to get rid of it. I went and they say to go to your add and remove programs, which i had before. It is NOT there. I do a search and it's there. There is the program itself and owner something or other. I got rid of the other thingee by deleting and sending to the recycle bin where i totally got rid of it.
When I try to delete the actual program, I get:
Cannot delete HbCoreSrv.dll Access is denied.
Make sure the disc is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
Okay so the stupid toolbar is up there with my explorer bar and I can get rid of it only for it to show up on every new page I go to and even with the toolbars locked.
I tried deleting it with OE and no Browers open to no avail.
I can do a restore, but this is really ticking me off.
Also, I went to the site of hotbar to see if anything there, of course NOT. lol
Anyone who has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah they do. I went ahead and dl'd adaware. After uninstalling hotbar, it still found stuff on my puter tracking my moves!!!
