Oh Cr@p !!! What Do You Think I Should Do Now ?
Okay, I live in Canada and have been sending my exchanges and secret pal packages, etc. via expedited mail so I can get a delivery confirmation. This is supposed to take 6 - 8 days.
HOWEVER, a couple of my packages are overdue, so I called the post office to put a trace on them ... and was informed that the US Customs people are opening each and every box before allowing it to enter the country (terrorism) and it is now taking 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I FEEL SO BAD for my people ...
Just wanted to let you know because I don't want anyone thinking I didn't hold up my end ....
Sorry to justbeachy, freebiequeen1234 and my Easter exchange personwho I will not name yet because this one still has a chance to make it there on time since I mailed it yesterday.
I've also signed up for the sock exchange and now don't know if I should stay in it or not ... I don't want my person to have to wait forever to get their package.
I understand the necessity of being extra careful, but this really upsets me because now I don't think I should be taking part in any exchanges.
What do you think I should do? This really sucks!!

I'm only kidding, sweetie, it's not your fault there is a war going on, I'm sure that everyone will understand and be grateful that you thought of them. I am.
