Hmmm. I have no idea. Is this in reference to a job you're considering? If so, wouldn't they explain the job position and duties? ((Fugi probably knows, he knows everything!))

o ok. the consecutor of a will will do as the deceased person says to have done. For instance, Zada is auntie's consecutor. He now has everything of hers in his name. SHe told him to keep her house in the family. So a family member will get the house..

do u understand? he is the sole..heir in a sense.. he will carry out aunties last wishes as she saw fit..and he is doing so by the letter...

if that's what kinda consecutor ur lookin for???

I have heard of an executer and a co-executer but never a consecutor. Sorry.

    Are you sure it's consecutor?

Sorry, just noticed this link isn't working....do a search on google.com and it's on the first results page, about halfway down.

An "Executor" is responsible for carrying out the terms of a person's will. I believe it has to be someone who is not a beneficiary.

An executor of a will is the person the deceased appointed to 'oversee' the dispersement of his/her estate. It's basically a technicality, the reading of the will, etc. Your aunt appointed this person. He will just make sure things are distributed according to the terms of her will. If the will is legal and uncontested, it will just flow along very smoothly.

No. Because my husband and his one sister are co-executors of their mother's will and I am executor of my mother's will. It's normally a very close friend or business associate, someone the owner of the will trusts very much. (although I'm not in my mother's will, I had her take me out of it)
