Do you smoke? Are you wanting to quit? Do YOU need some support? Are you like me not getting it anywhere? (except here)?

Alot of you know that I just love helping as much as I can as you can tell if you look at the research thread

SO, what I would like to offer is something similar to the secret pal thing, but different..What it is, is if you are SERIOUSLY considering stopping smoking..SERIOUSLY trying to stop...and want a "SUPPORT BUDDY" then this will be the thread to come too. We can email each other, send cards, whatever it takes to help each other become smoke free for LIFE!! Not for a day, not for a week, month or a year but a LIFETIME! We can do this IF we put our minds to it..We CAN do this IF we help EACH other

So, if you are interested, post here. I will get back to you just as soon as I can..gonna try to come up with a little info sheet type thing

but mano mano I want one really bad right now..worse than day one (I am on day 11) sucking those jolly ranchers down...hope fishmansbtrhalf send that 3 day diet soon..gonna need it!

dcut do you really want that nasty taste in your mouth and on your clothes again?? Dont listen to that nicodemon! He is a SICKARETTE remember?? Remember how good it feels to say hey..I DONT SMOKE...how good it felt to tell others..I am smoke free?? I do..so type here woman..occupy yourself remember good self talk and especially DELAY DELAY DELAY!!! You have our emails!! YOU KNOW where we are at!!!

IF you want to be a SUPPORT BUDDY...you dont have to be a smoker or even a ex-smoker...so if you want to help jump on the bandwagon

We just need volunteers who can be there for someone who may have a bad urge or craving, or just need a pick me up..because yes, a quitter goes thru some bad depression times..its normal for this to happen...so come on be a BUDDY

ok, I know I am gonna get through this...would feel sooo sooo bad if I picked one up......after today

you can hook me up with anyone..won't do anybody good today, might just tackle them for candy, gum, anything at this point. I can do this, I can do this, I can do this................

This thread is great idea, but I will probably be living in here when I quit. My quit date is June 1st, but I've been trying to cut down some before then so it won't be so hard when it comes time to get rid of them!
