Has anyone tried this? I've been smoking for 22 years and have never even attempted to quit due to predetermined failure. I have NO built in willpower. This sounds sooo easy that I am half tempted. Has anyone purchased this? Can you give me your opinions?

**DAMN, it's expensive! I just took a look at the prices.
    Happy!!

Jayd...I have seen it..but..dont beleive it...my chiro gave me this stuff and lets say the bottle is in the cabinet...I used welbutrin (and if your insurance wont cover for stop smoking they (most) WILL cover for depression if rx by your dr. for it. Within a few days after starting the wellbutrin I was down from 4 (sometimes 5) packs a day to just 8 cigs a day..then i went on patch..from that point on I have had no sicarettes since..it will be a year next month. My advice would be to pass on this junk....just my opinion...

    Hello all,

I am 28 and have been smoking since I was 12. I am quitting (note, not planning on quitting or trying to quit, I AM quitting! ) on June 2nd and was wondering if I might have a buddy? This thread is just awesome and I am so glad it is here. I need alot of support because offline I don't get much. Almost everyone in my life tells me things like, "Oh you will never be able to quit" or "here we go again". Not very supportive, ya know? And yes most of these people are also smokers. However my hubby who is a smoker is very supportive of my quitting. So that is very good!

Thanks to the folks who listed the links in the earlier posts. The sites were very powerful.

    Thanks!

WOW eric!! WTG!!!!!! I KNEW you could do it!!!!

I am so glad that when people consider quitting...they come to this thread. But what makes me even happier is knowing someone else has succeeded, and that others are trying. And here is the important issue. If you TRY..you dont fail....If you TRY..you QUIT!!!!! More importantly if your QUIT doesnt last the first time or even the second..then keep TRYING..it will happen! The other issue to remember is you must be READY...this means not only physically but 95% mentally....those people who say it is a mindset..is partially right. It is indeed, but the biggest part is WANTING and ACCEPTING you are quitting. And for folks like me and you Hollie1974 is knowing that like an alcoholic..there CAN NEVER BE JUST ONE!!!
We are here to support you however we can. Make sure you sign up at the www.stopsmokingcenter.net as well. Let me know when you do what your user name is..and I will look you up!

Like you online was my ONLY support..and its with all my good friends online that I succeeded.

Good luck!! And Congratulations to all those who quit..and to those quitting

    Hugs!!
