Ok....my quitting smoking didn't last long at all! One call from my family is all it took. Now I know why I moved 1800 miles away.......they drive me crazy! I'm making a Dr.'s app. before I try again, maybe I can get something that'll help. Thanx to all you guys for the support, I'm not giving up, just need to find another way to go about it.

And Sunee, if you see this, can you email me, please?

(Put BBS or something in the subject line, so I don't accidently delete it)

Page 4???? This will never do. Here are my stats:

    Todays Date: 06/07/2002
    My Quit Date: 05/27/2002
    Smoke-Free Days: 11
    Cigarettes Not Smoked: 117
    Amount Saved: $18.96
    Life Gained:
    Days: 1 Hrs: 14 Mins: 1 Seconds: 58

I feel great still. I pretty much go the whole day without thinking about smoking more than once or twice, and thats when I walk by the smoking room at work. I hope everyone is doing well. Ahippiechic, don't give up, just see your Dr. and do what works for you. Cold turkey was the only way for me, any other way took too much focus on not smoking, and I would rather be distracted.
Some mornings it's not worth the effort of chewing through the restraints.

Just checking to see how everyone was doing here. Sunday marked week number 8 for me!

Hope everyone else is doing as well and keep up the good work
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Distance and time may separate us but friendship and memories won't.

Woohoo...I am going to ask that all of you post us an update here please It dont matter if you had one or whatever we are here to encourage and support you And if you did have one..tell us about it...what was the triggers..what made you breakdown and have it? See, if we can we possibly could help you DELAY or find another solution around the trigger...But in any event please do let us all know how you are doing

    Tip of the day
Quit smoking one day at a time. Do not concern yourself with next year, next month, next week or even tomorrow. Concentrate on not smoking from the time you wake up until you go to sleep.

It is so great to see so much progress being made. I glad we all decided to do it. I would have not made it without the support of my buddy and the support of others. I am so proud of us . I have been nicotine free for one week now. YEAH!!! I am going to celebrate with cake and icecream. yum . I enjoy reading the updates and the experiences others are having. Here are my stats. I will be glad when I get to the one moth milestone, and I plan on making it too. Take care and God Bless
