Australian ISIS Jihadist Posts Pic of Son With Decapitated Head, Brags ‘That’s My Boy’ (GRAPHIC)
By Kevin Boyd 2 hours ago
Most of us have seen or read the appalling stories about the atrocities of ISIS in Iraq and Syria. However, a recent story covered by the Daily Mail - and verified by other media outlets – probably takes the cake.
Khaled Sharrouf is a Muslim from Australia who went to Syria to join ISIS and took his sons with him. After a Syrian soldier was beheaded (presumably by Sharrouf or a fellow fighter), he and his seven-year-old son posed with it for pictures:
Another picture of the family:
As sickening and atrocious as these pictures are, it would be one thing if it was a single deranged father having his son participate in his terrorist group.
But it’s not an isolated incident. Many children are being introduced to ISIS at an early, impressionable age:

Yes we can!
Obama sent a military assessment team to Mt Sinjar to report that everything is fine, it's not as bad as we thought. So the word from the Pentagon is that a rescue operation is "not likely." And that's the message sent from a president vacationing in Martha's Vineyard.
Even the Vatican is blessing air strikes on ISIS. What kind of inhumane coward is B. Hussein Obama? I can only surmise that since ISIS are Islamists they have his hidden approval - it is certain the Assyrians, Chaldean, Kurds and Yazidis do not. Go play another round of golf and know, President Obama, you are a disgusting embarrassment to true Americans, while your kool-aid drinking disciples sip on.Laissez les bon temps rouler! 'When people are dying, you must come back from vacation': French foreign minister seems to slam Obama for golfing while Iraq burns
Obama is on Martha's Vineyard while Iraq undergoes regime change and terrorists slaughter ethnic and religious minorities
Calling heads of state to lobby participation in humanitarian assistance program – in between golf and fundraising
Washington Post columnist wrote that the president 'risks fueling the impression that he is detached as the world burns'

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius has a message about Iraq for Barack Obama: Get back to the White House and do something. 'I know it is the holiday period in our Western countries,' Fabius told a radio interviewer Tuesday in France,' but when people are dying, you must come back from vacation.'
Full-time workers in France are guaranteed a whopping five weeks of paid vacation every year, making his plea all the more urgent. Obama is on a family and golfing holiday in a ritzy neighborhood of Martha's Vineyard but says he will come back to Washington this weekend before returning on Tuesday to fun, sun, and more golf.
As town after Iraqi town is conquered by ISIS, an Islamist terror group that claims it has established an 'Islamic state,' Obama's approach has consisted so far of airlifting humanitarian supplies to victimized groups, protecting the aid drops with airstrikes, and begging for help from allies. Britain, France, Italy and other European nations have backed the humanitarian assistance with material and personnel, reported The Wall Street Journal, which first broke news of the French diplomat's criticism.
Meanwhile Obama and Vice President Joe Biden have been encouraging a nascent Iraqi government from a safe distance, while assuring Americans that the U.S. won't enter another prolonged war with boots on the ground.
Eyebrows went up Wednesday in Washington, though, when the White House announced that Obama was leaning toward deploying ground troops to Mount Sinjar, a northern Iraqi hideout to which tens of thousands of Yadizis, a persecuted religious minority group, have led from ISIS.
Deputy press spokesman Eric Schultz told reporters that the president would green-light such an operation, led by U.S. Marines, if commanders in the field recommended it.
Less than four hours later, reporters observed troops landing on the mountaintop.
Obama, deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes said Wednesday, is 'open to recommendations in which the United States is helping to facilitate the removal of these people from the mountain on a humanitarian mission.'
That rescue mission, he told reporters, 'is separate than saying U.S. forces are going to be redeployed in Iraq in a combat role to take the fight to [ISIS].'
Despite a busy series of negotiations and decision-trees, and the looking possible collapse of Iraq, Obama remains on vacation.

ABC Refuses to Identify ISIS/ISIL as 'Terrorists' or Victims as 'Christian'
By Kristine Marsh | August 14, 2014
As liberal columnist Kirsten Powers recently noted, President Obama is notably reluctant to acknowledge that Iraqi Christians are facing lethal persecution at the hands of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant("ISIL"). http://nation.foxnews.com/2014/08/13...aqi-christians Unfortunately, he’s not alone. ABC has been almost completely silent about the religious minorities that ISIL’s self-declared Islamic caliphate is intent on wiping out.
While CBS and NBC have spent time on nearly every broadcast of the morning and evening news shows detailing the immense persecution against Christians, Yazidis and other non-Muslim religious groups in Iraq, ABC has been absent. CBS and NBC mentioned the Yazidi religious sect 34 times while Christians were mentioned 23 times between the two networks in a two-week period.
Yet ABC identified ISIL’s victims as “Christian” and “Yazidi” in only one Sunday evening news broadcast, Aug. 10.
On ABC World News with Diane Sawyer August 13, correspondent Muhammad Lila simply called ISIL, “religious militants” who had trapped “thousands of starving refugees” on top of the mountain. Again on Good Morning America the next morning anchor Robin Roberts stated, “refugees are trapped by militant extremists,” while on- screen graphics referred to ISIL as “Iraqi extremists.”
The fact that the “militants” were terrorists was not mentioned at all. The fact that these “militants” were Islamic fundamentalists committed to wiping out an entire group of people because they were not Muslim was a fact not even hinted at.
Meanwhile, on the Aug. 7 NBC “Nightly News,” anchor Brian Williams reported that ISIL “have been rooting out Iraqi Christians and other religious minorities, 40,000 of whom are said to be on the run and in great danger.” On Aug. 9, CBS News Foreign Correspondent Holly Williams told “CBS Evening News” viewers that ISIL “carried out public executions, targeting religious minorities, including Iraqi Christians.”
Such reports don’t begin to convey the horror facing Christians in Northern Iraq, where men, women and children who refused to convert to Islam have been shot, stabbed and beheaded in large numbers (lovingly captured on film by proud jihadis), but at least they acknowledge a problem. http://www.catholic.org/news/interna...y.php?id=56481 The fact that the Vatican gave its blessing to U.S. air strikes against ISIL is a measure of the catastrophe. http://www.breitbart.com/system/wire...2-85d9990bf96e
NBC and CBS are far from exemplars. All the networks are reluctant to call Hamas terrorists, even though the U.S. State Department officially designated it a terrorist organization in 1997. http://newsbusters.org/blogs/mike-ci...#ixzz3AIpnfjms They’ve downplayed the Islamic fundamentalism of the Boko Haram terrorists in Nigeria, and have been silent on the anti-Semitic nature of the Gaza protests across Europe. http://www.mrc.org/articles/anti-sem...ks-dont-notice
Methodology: The Culture and Media Institute analyzed morning and evening news broadcasts on ABC, CBS and NBC from August 1 through August 14.

‘Evil straight from the pits of hell'
: American journalist James Foley reportedly beheaded by ISIS
Posted at 4:51 pm on August 19, 2014
Absolutely awful news. Media are reporting that journalist James Foley, captured in 2012, has been beheaded by ISIS.
Michael van Poppel ✔ @mpoppel
BREAKING: Islamic State, in video titled "A Message to America," beheads American journalist James Wright Foley
3:44 PM - 19 Aug 2014
We will not link to the video here. (Update: YouTube has taken down the video after determining that it was “a violation of YouTube’s policy on violence.” Good.)
Noah Rothman @NoahCRothman
This is James Wright Foley.

Here's a picture of journalist James Foley, via @TheWire. Let's remember him like this.
4:11 PM - 19 Aug 2014
Naudia Zaki Vanelli @naudsie
Instead of spreading the image and video of that horrible act, here's James Wright Foley. Remember him and his work.
4:13 PM - 19 Aug 2014
American photojournalist James Wright Foley has been beheaded by ISIS forces
'American bombing had signed my death certificate': Missing US journalist James Wright Foley goes unflinching to his death as ISIS behead him in horrific video, as a warning to Obama
Foley has been missing since Thanksgiving 2012 while working in Syria
ISIS posted the extremely graphic video 'A Message to America' to social media
Foley speaks to camera before his death and labels the US his killers
A masked and robed member of ISIS speaking English in what is thought to be a British accent addresses the camera too
After the execution of Foley, the ISIS member says that missing American journalist Steven Joel Soltoff will be killed next
A man identified as Soltoff in a caption on the video is then paraded in front of the camera [/I]
American freelance photo-journalist James Wright Foley, 40, has been beheaded by ISIS in a video message posted online and titled as ‘A Message to America’.
Foley, has been missing since November, 2012, after being taken hostage while reporting from Syria.
ISIS posted the extremely graphic video to social media as proof of their barbaric action, pictured center.
Foley addresses the camera before he dies and labels the US government his real killers as a man in black robes armed with a gun stands over him. The journalist who has been missing for almost two years then leaves a haunting message for his brother, John, who is in the US Airforce. ‘I died that day, John, when your colleagues dropped that bomb on these people. They signed my death certificate’
'I call on my friends family and loved ones to rise up against my real killers, the US government. For what will happen to me is only a result of their complacency and criminality.
'My message to my beloved parents: save me some dignity and don’t accept any (unclear, possibly says media) compensation for my death, from the same people who effectively hit the last nail in my coffin with a recent aerial campaign in Iraq.
'I call on my brother John, who is member of the US Airforce, think about what you are doing, think about lives you destroy including those of your own family.
'I call on you John, think about who made the decision to bomb Iraq recently and kill those people, whoever they may have been.
'Think John, who did they really kill? Did they think about me, you our family when they made that decision?
'I died that day John, when your colleagues dropped that bomb on those people – they signed my death certificate.
'I wish I had more time, I wish I could have the hope of freedom and see my family once again, but that ship has sailed. I guess all in all, I wish I wasn’t American.'
Members of the UK's Associated Press pegged the accent to the South East of England and London, while others have claimed the accent resembles one from North Africa. ‘This is James Wright Foley, an American citizen of your country. As a government you have been at the forefront of the aggression towards the Islamic State. 'You have plotted against us and gone far out of your way to find reasons to interfere in our affairs. Today, your military airforce is attacking us daily in Iraq.
'Your strikes have caused casualties amongst Muslims. You are no longer fighting an insurgency. We are an Islamic Army and a state that has been accepted by a large number of Muslims worldwide. So effectively, any aggression toward the Islamci State is aggression towards Muslims from all walks of life who have accepted the Islamic Caliphate as their leadership. 'So any attempt by you, Obama, to deny the Muslims their rights of living in safety under the Islamic Caliphate will result in the bloodshed of your people.’
At this point the executioner beheads Foley, who is kneeling bravely with hands tied behind his back. His body is displayed with the head atop the body.
Then is a chilling warning, the executioner holds another man, on his kness with his hands tied behind his back, by the scruff of the neck. A caption claims it is Steven Joel Soltoff. The executioner says: ‘The life of this American citizen, Obama, depends on your next decision.’
ISIS, which has claimed control of most of northern Iraq and parts of Syria is threatening to kill Time journalist Joel Sotloff next unless President Obama ceases attacks on the terror group. Soltoff has been missing since the middle of 2013 and last tweeted on August 3rd, 2013. According to his Twitter account he was in Libya at the time of his disappearance.
Foley’s family including parents John and Diane, of Rochester, New Hampshire, pictured left, have publicly appealed for their son’s release. Foley was previously held captive by pro-Gaddafi forces in Libya.

President Obama’s remarks on the execution of journalist James Foley by Islamic State
August 20 at 1:32 PM
President Obama delivered the following remarks in Martha’s Vineyard on the beheading of American journalist James Foley by the militant group Islamic State. Transcript courtesy of Federal News Service. http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/...y.html?hpid=z1
PRESIDENT OBAMA: Good afternoon, everybody.
Today, the entire world is appalled by the brutal murder of Jim Foley by the terrorist group ISIL. Jim was a journalist, a son, a brother and a friend. He reported from difficult and dangerous places, bearing witness to the lives of people a world away.
He was taken hostage nearly two years ago in Syria, and he was courageously reporting at the time on the conflict there. Jim was taken from us in an act of violence that shocked the conscience of the entire world. He was 40 years old, one of five siblings, the son of a mom and dad who worked tirelessly for his release. Earlier today, I spoke to the Foleys and told them that we are all heartbroken at their loss and join them in honoring Jim and all that he did.
Now, Jim Foley’s life stands in stark contrast to his killers. Let’s be clear about ISIL. They have rampaged across cities and villages killing innocent, unarmed civilians in cowardly acts of violence. They abduct women and children and subject them to torture and rape and slavery. They have murdered Muslims, both Sunni and Shia, by the thousands. They target Christians and religious minorities, driving them from their homes, murdering them when they can, for no other reason than they practice a different religion.
They declared their ambition to commit genocide against an ancient people. So ISIL speaks for no religion. Their victims are overwhelmingly Muslim, and no faith teaches people to massacre innocents. No just god would stand for what they did yesterday and what they do every single day. ISIL has no ideology of any value to human beings. Their ideology is bankrupt. They may claim out of expediency that they are at war with the United States or the West, but the fact is they terrorize their neighbors and offer them nothing but an endless slavery to their empty vision and the collapse of any definition of civilized behavior.
People like this ultimately fail. They fail because the future is won by those who build and not destroy. The world is shaped by people like Jim Foley and the overwhelming majority of humanity who are appalled by those who killed him. The United States of America will continue to do what we must do to protect our people. We will be vigilant and we will be relentless. When people harm Americans anywhere, we do what’s necessary to see that justice is done and we act against ISIL, standing alongside others. The people of Iraq, who with our support are taking the fight to ISIL must continue coming together to expel these terrorists from their community. The people of Syria, whose story Jim Foley told, do not deserve to live under the shadow of a tyrant or terrorists. They have our support in their pursuit of a future rooted in dignity.
From governments and peoples across the Middle East, there has to be a common effort to extract this cancer so that it does not spread. There has to be a clear rejection of this kind of nihilistic ideologies. One thing we can all agree on is that a group like ISIL has no place in the 21st century. Friends and allies around the world, we share a common security and a common set of values that are rooted in the opposite of what we saw yesterday. And we will continue to confront this hateful terrorism and replace it with a sense of hope and civility.
And that’s what Jim Foley stood for, a man who lived his word, who courageously told the stories of his fellow human beings, who was liked and loved by friends and family. Today, the American people will all say a prayer for those who loved Jim. All of us feel the ache of his absence. All of us morn his loss. We keep in our prayers those other Americans who are separated from their families. And we will do everything that we can to protect our people and the timeless values that we stand for. May God bless and keep Jim’s memory. And may God bless the United States of America.
Let’s compare UK Prime Minister David Cameron’s response to Foley beheading to Obama’s. (It’s enraging.)

During a speech in August of 2006, the Associated Press reports that then-President George W. Bush warned of what now sounds like a premonition of what would happen in Iraq should the U.S. prematurely withdraw our troops.
Bush said, http://archive.ksdk.com/news/local/s...storyid=102795"If we leave Iraq before the job is done, it will create a terrorist state in the heart of the Middle East, a terrorist state much more dangerous than Afghanistan was before we removed the Taliban, a terrorist state with the capacity to fund its activities because of the oil reserves of Iraq."
The Islamic State in question has been formed by ISIS, a savage group of Islamists who are on a rampage to expand their territory and exterminate the oldest Christian sects on the planet. Tuesday ISIS released a video that shows one of their barbarians cutting the head off a man reported to be American journalist James Foley. http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journal...-beheaded-isis
During a speech to the CENTCOM Coalition Conference the following year, in 2007, Bush again warned of the consequences of a premature Iraq withdrawal. Here he is apparently responding to intense pressure from both the media and Democrats to cut and run: http://georgewbush-whitehouse.archiv...0070501-4.html
Withdrawal would have emboldened these radicals and extremists. It would have confirmed their belief that our nations were weak. It would help them gain new recruits, new resources. It would cause them to believe they could strike free nations at their choice.
Withdrawal would have increased the probability that coalition troops would be forced to return to Iraq one day, and confront an enemy that is even more dangerous. Failure in Iraq should be unacceptable to the civilized world. The risks are enormous.
Even though he's been president for nearly six years, with the help of his lapdog media, Obama can run around blaming everyone else for the rise of ISIS. But there's one thing Obama can't do…
Say he wasn’t warned.
First Vietnam.
Now Iraq.
Democrats lose won wars. http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Governm...aust-to-follow
That's what they do.

Obama adjusts Iraq narrative, now blames Bush for troop withdrawal
U.S. military airstrikes against Islamic State prompt revisionist history
By Ben Wolfgang - The Washington Times - Monday, August 11, 2014
The president who spent years touting the withdrawal of all U.S. forces from Iraq suddenly has had to distance himself from that action.
At the White House on Saturday morning — less than 48 hours after authorizing airstrikes against Islamist militants and humanitarian air drops to save the lives of trapped Iraqi civilians — President Obama blamed his predecessor, George W. Bush, for the absence of American troops in Iraq and rejected the assertion that he could have left a small peacekeeping force in the war-torn nation.
He uttered those after three years, and a successful re-election campaign, in which the full removal of U.S. forces from Iraq was cast as this White House’s most significant foreign policy achievement and one Mr. Obama had promised all the way back to the earliest days of his first presidential campaign in 2008.
Now, however, with the terrorist force the Islamic State running roughshod through Iraq, capturing key territory, slaughtering Christians and promising to “raise the flag of Allah at the White House,” Mr. Obama has begun to adjust the narrative.
“What I just find interesting is the degree to which this issue keeps on coming up, as if this was my decision. Under the previous administration, we had turned over the country to a sovereign, democratically elected Iraqi government,” Mr. Obama told reporters just before leaving for a two-week vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. “So let’s just be clear: The reason that we did not have a follow-on force in Iraq was because the Iraqis — a majority of Iraqis did not want U.S. troops there, and politically they could not pass the kind of laws that would be required to protect our troops in Iraq. So that entire analysis is bogus and is wrong. But it gets frequently peddled around here by folks who oftentimes are trying to defend previous policies that they themselves made.”

After the unfathomably evil news of brutal savagery by ISIS, who reportedly barbarically beheaded journalist James Foley, National Review’s Jonah Goldberg sought to immediately squash any ludicrous attempts by the morally bankrupt to put ISIS “in context.”
