Presumably how this would work is that somebody would walk up to the U.S. border, say “it’s getting too hot over there” (or cold, or wet, or dry, or windy) and be granted legal entry: http://thinkprogress.org/immigration...ill/?mobile=nc

Senator Brian Schatz’s (D-HI) filed an amendment for the immigration bill Wednesday that would allow stateless people in the U.S. to seek conditional lawful status if their nations have been made uninhabitable by climate change.

Are there any other countries that will grant amnesty to Americans after the U.S. is made uninhabitable by progressive climate change activists?

What’s going on is that Liberals are offering absurd amendments to be “traded away” in exchange for Conservatives dropping their non-absurd demands, such as for increased border security.

It’s part of a Chess game that, unfortunately, will probably work on “Gang of Eight” Republicans who are serving as pawns for the Dems.
