Welcome to Opposite World again. As the U.S. Senate geared up yesterday for the Gang of Eight illegal alien amnesty bill debate, President Obama goaded Capitol Hill to pass what he called “smarter enforcement, a pathway to earned citizenship and improvements to the legal system” of immigration. http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2013/...gration-system Bullcrap. The White House has already bulldozed a traffic-jammed superhighway for immigration law-breakers by executive fiat. http://michellemalkin.com/2010/06/23...ecutive-order/
Obama and his open-borders pals pay lip service to fairness and the rule of law for the cameras. But behind closed doors and beyond the reach of public accountability, they’ve already paved the way for mass deportation waivers. http://michellemalkin.com/2011/08/22...xecutive-fiat/ Read their actions, not their lips. The official White House operating policy is: No illegal alien left behind. “Smarter enforcement” means no enforcement.
Remember: Exactly one year ago this week, http://michellemalkin.com/2012/06/15...ation-waivers/ the president announced he would halt all deportations and start granting work permits to an estimated 2.1 million illegal aliens who entered the country as children.
This blanket amnesty through administrative non-enforcement has been plagued by questions of fraud from the get-go. According to the Center for Immigration Studies, statistics from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services show that the feds have rubber-stamped applications at a whopping 99.5 percent approval rate. http://www.cis.org/Announcements/99-...-Approved-DACA And fraudulent use of Social Security numbers is no problem for the so-called “DREAM”-ers. The feds reassured them last fall that they wouldn’t have to disclose how many and which phony or stolen Social Security numbers they’ve used. http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/...icle-1.1163594
“Smarter enforcement”? Tell that to the rank-and-file Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents who refused to look the other way at Obama’s executive subversion of the law. ICE agent Christopher Crane and eight other officers filed suit against the White House over the DREAM deportation waiver program’s usurpation of their ability and authority to do their jobs. http://www.cis.org/vaughan/lawsuit-d...ked-statistics The Gang of Eight plan would provide the executive branch “virtually unlimited discretion” to cut off immigration enforcement officers at the knees.
“Lawmaking in our nation has indeed taken a strange twist. Senators invite illegal aliens to testify before Congress … but American citizens working as law enforcement officers within our nation’s broken immigration system are purposely excluded from the process and prohibited from providing input. Suffice it to say, following the Boston terrorist attack, I was appalled to hear the Gang of Eight telling America that its legislation was what American law enforcement needs.”
In April, a federal judge in Texas agreed with the ICE agents that King Obama could not order them to ignore immigration laws at his whim. http://www.businessweek.com/news/201...ked-judge-says A decision on their motion for preliminary injunction is expected any day now.
Kansas Secretary of State and immigration enforcement legal eagle Kris Kobach broke it down for me yesterday:
“The federal judge in Crane v. Napolitano has ruled that the ICE agents are likely to prevail in their argument that the Obama administration is ordering them to violate federal law. Think about that: This administration is ordering career law enforcement personnel to break the law. Now, the administration is pushing for an amnesty bill that contains almost nothing to improve immigration enforcement. All that the American citizens will get in return for the amnesty is the promise from the Obama administration that they will try harder to enforce the law. The administration has already shattered that promise, doing exactly the opposite. This is a stark warning to Congress. I sincerely hope that they hear it.”
Will they listen? Suicidal Republicans have supported illegal alien amnesties dating back to the Reagan era. They have paid a steep, lasting price. As bankrupt, multiculti-wracked California goes, so goes the nation. The progs’ plan has always been to exploit the massive population of illegal aliens to redraw the political map and secure a permanent ruling majority.
Now, in the wake of nonstop D.C. corruption eruptions, SchMcGRubio and Company want us to trust them with a thousand new pages of phony triggers, left-wing slush-fund spending and make-believe assimilation gestures.
Trust them? Hell, no. There’s only one course for citizens who believe in upholding the Constitution and protecting the American dream: Stop them.

Chuck Schumer on ‘Gang of 8′ bill: ‘Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past’
By Doug Powers • June 11, 2013 11:48 PM
As an update to Michelle’s amnesty post Tuesday morning, here’s New York Sen. Chuck Schumer trying to sell what he wants everybody to believe is the upside of the “Gang of Eight” deal: http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Governm...res-the-border
After the U.S. Senate voted to pass the motion to proceed to floor debate on the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed that this bill would solve illegal immigration and secure the border.
“Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past,” Schumer said on the Senate floor, celebrating the passage of the motion to proceed.
Schumer complained in an impassioned and lengthy speech on the Senate floor that opponents saying the bill does not have border security “is not fair.” Schumer said giving billions of dollars to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will lead to increased border security, even if illegal immigrants are given amnesty first. He promised that assurances of future border security measures would be maintained.
The old “lowering the crime rate by legalizing the crime” approach.
Anybody who believes the “I will gladly secure the border Tuesday for amnesty today” pitch also buys it every time a guy like Schumer claims a new massive spending program will be offset by “future spending cuts” that never, ever come. No thanks, Chuck.

The Amnesty Mob vs. America
By Michelle Malkin • June 19, 2013 08:44 AM
You can try to put “conservative” lipstick on the lawless amnesty mob. In the end, however, it’s still a lawless mob. The big government/big business alliance to protect illegal immigration got a lot of mileage using foolish Republicans Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan as front men. But the true colors of the open-borders grievance-mongers always show through.
After America said no to a pork-filled security-undermining amnesty bill in 2007, the No Illegal Alien Left Behind lobbyists changed their overtly thuggish tactics. They put down their upside-down American flags, stopped wearing their commie Che Guevara T-shirts and cloaked their radical reconquista aspirations in the less divisive rhetoric of “reform” and “opportunity.”
It was all just an act, of course. Inevitably, the mask has slipped. Over the weekend, illegal alien protesters descended on the private residence of Kansas Secretary of State and immigration enforcement lawyer Kris Kobach. As Twitchy.com reported on Saturday, 300 amnesty activists marched into Kobach’s neighborhood and barged up his driveway and right onto his doorstep. It’s how the Alinskyite “community organizers” roll.
Shouting into a bullhorn and waving their fists from his front porch, the property rights-invaders dubbed Kobach “King of Hate” for his work representing border security activists and federal customs enforcement agents who are fighting the systemic sabotage of immigration law. Thankfully, Kobach, his wife and their four young daughters were not home at the time. (See The Right Scoop for interview with Kobach on Hannity.)
But the aggrieved amnesty demanders are not done yet. And Kobach is not the only one in their crosshairs.
After tea party activist turned Kansas state representative Amanda Grosserode condemned the mob action publicly on Facebook, racist insults and threats littered her page. Roberto Medina Ramirez wrote: “I’ll give her something to be disgusted about!” Doris Lynn Crouse Gent chimed in: “OMG! Maybe her drive should be next.” Matt S. Bashaw echoed the call: “Maybe her house should be next.” Facebook user Jude Robinson also ranted on Grosserode’s page: “Since Kobach steals taxpayer money spreading hate around the country, he deserves what he gets.”
Dennis Paul Romero left this message for Grosserode: “(N)azi kkk and she is proud of it.” A user writing as “Paul-says Fckmarkzuck” left death threats under Romero’s comment: “Gotta start killing all the Nazis. Politicans (sic), bankers, and priests. Cops, lawyers, and Judges. ASAP.” The same user added: “Just another b*tch that needs to die off already.” (Note: Many of these comments have now been deleted. Trying to cover their tracks.)
The radicals of Occupy Kansas posted an inflammatory photo of Grosserode with the race-baiting caption: “Kansas State legislator Amanda Grosserode says she is ‘disgusted’ by Hispanic protesters.” Grosserode wasn’t disgusted by their ethnicity. She was disgusted by their actions. No matter. Race/ethnic card: activated.
Gina Long pounced: “(S)he is stupid and doesn’t like brown people.” So did Diana Bauer: “Ah, poor Ms Grosserode; sorry that you find our Constitution so difficult to stomach. Or is it only whites that have the right to freedom of speech.” One Lupe Ramirez left his own message for Grosserode: “We are starting our fundraising and campaign to unseat you. Do you not realize how many Hispanics are in Kansas. You no longer live in Dorothy’s Kansas. You cannot represent your state, you don’t even know who they are.”
Grosserode isn’t backing down. She told me Tuesday that she will remain “vigilant” and has given local law enforcement a heads-up. The conservative mom and lawmaker notes sadly that “there are some who would say that when you are in elected office that you should expect this kind of thing. I would disagree. No one deserves threats nor threats to their home and family.”
But the amnesty vigilantes have no respect for borders, let alone private front porches, in their quest for another massive federal illegal alien bailout. They have no respect for law-abiding U.S. workers. They have no respect for law-abiding foreigners applying to get into our country the right and proper way.
As they besiege Capitol Hill this month demanding more rights and payoffs, take note: These groups do not stand for the American dream. They are a nightmare conglomeration of George Soros-funded social justice operatives, transnationalists and La Raza militants who detest U.S. sovereignty. National People’s Action, which spearheads progressive “direct actions” at the private homes of their political foes and led the march on Kobach’s home, is a “community organizing” nonprofit based in — you guessed it — Chicago.
NPA’s past shakedowns have involved busing in protesters and schoolchildren (using public school buses) to invade the private property of their victims and intimidate their families. They relish their brass knuckles with this anthem:
Who’s on your hit list NPA?
Who’s on your hit list for today?
Take no prisoner, take no names.
Kick ‘em in the (a–) when they play their games.
As I first reported in 2004, NPA is funded by the Tides Foundation, the Ben and Jerry’s Foundation, and the MacArthur, Ford and Rockefeller foundations. It’s also funded by your tax dollars. My research found that the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Massachusetts Department of Education had all given tens of thousands of dollars in grants to NPA members for left-wing activism, identity politics and illegal alien benefits.
Rubio, Ryan and other Republicans who’ve made common cause with these welfare-state goons have betrayed fundamental principles of limited government and the rule of law. They’ve allied themselves with the mob. There’s nothing, not one thing, “conservative” about mass illegal alien amnesty. It’s the complete Chicago-ization of America.

They are illegal. Deport them all. If they have kids born here, take them with or put them in the care of the state. Then secure the borders. Treat the like the law breakers they are.

Obama IRS refunds 'Illegals' $4.2 billion for kids -- in Mexico
May 2, 2012 - By: Jeffrey Klein
This bombshell dropped on Monday in Washington, D.C., causing outrage throughout the halls of Congress, and now beyond, to the "genuine" taxpayers who have been robbed all across America.
Investigative television reporter Bob Segall of Indianapolis NBC affiliate WTHR TV Channel 13, was contacted by a long-time central Indiana tax preparer, who blew the whistle on a multi-billion dollar tax fraud about which the IRS has done nothing, according to the TV news show video segment that aired on Monday. "There is not a doubt in my mind there's huge fraud taking place here," he said, slowly flipping through the pages of a [heavily redacted] tax return.
"We're talking about a multi-billion dollar fraud scheme here that's taking place and no one is talking about it," he said.
The scheme involves illegal immigrants that are filing tax returns, claiming child credits for multiple dependents under their support in "their" U.S. household, and collecting enormous cash refunds--such as one persons tax return that showed income of over $14,000, who collected a cash refund of over $10,300.
In 1996 during the Clinton Administration, the Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) was created in order for both resident and non-resident aliens, regardless of immigration status, to fulfill their tax filing and payment obligations under IRS regulations--even though an ITIN does not confer the right to work and receive income in the United States.
This year tax preparation offices across the country were flooded by an estimated 2 million illegal immigrants, who in growing numbers have been taking advantage of a tax loophole called the Additional Child Tax Credit--a fully-refundable credit of up to $1000 per child--meant to ease the income tax burden on working families who have children living at home.
However, Segall's investigation and reporting found many illegal immigrants who were claiming these tax credits, but for kids who live in Mexico–even listing nieces and nephews. "We've seen sometimes 10 or 12 dependents, most times nieces and nephews, on these tax forms," the whistleblower told Eyewitness News. "The more you put on there, the more you get back."
After Segall reviewed many of the heavily redacted tax returns, it was still clear that the tax filers had received large tax refunds after claiming child tax credits for many dependents. "Here's a return right here: we've got a $10,3000 refund for nine nieces and nephews," he said, pointing to the words "niece" and "nephew" listed on the tax forms nine separate times.
"We're getting an $11,000 refund on this tax return. There's seven nieces and nephews," he said, pointing to another set of documents. "I can bring out stacks and stacks. It's just so easy it's ridiculous."
Under agreement not to reveal their identity or filming them face on, Segall of WTHR was able to speak with several of the illegal immigrants who, using Segall's translator--confirmed it is easy.
One of the workers, who was interviewed at his [appeared to be a 2 bedroom mobile home] in southern Indiana, admitted that four other illegal immigrants used his address to file tax returns--even though they don't even live there.
These four workers claimed that not only they, but a total of 20 children between them--about 30 people--lived in the residence.
As a result, the IRS sent the illegal immigrants tax refunds totaling $29,608.
Upon Segall questioning the man regarding that incredible residency claim, he replied ... "They don't live here ... the other kids are in their country of origin, which is Mexico," later saying that none of the 20 children have ever visited the United States–let alone lived here.
Segall then asked why 'undocumented workers' should receive tax credits for children living in a foreign country, which is a violation of IRS tax rules? "If the opportunity is there and they can give it to me, why not take advantage of it?"
Segall then met with Russell George, the U.S. Treasury Department's Inspector General for Tax Administration, who stated ... "The magnitude of the problem has grown exponentially," but that the IRS has known about the problem for years.
Mr. George said his department has repeatedly warned the IRS that additional child tax credits are being abused by undocumented workers--in 2009 alone, their annual audit report showed that ITIN tax filers received about $1 billion in additional child tax credits.
The same audit report from 2010 showed it cost the American tax payers more than $4.2 billion.
"Keep in mind, we're talking $4 billion per year." George continued by saying "It's very troubling" that the IRS has not taken any action on the matter--despite these multiple warnings from their own inspector general. "Millions of people are seeking this tax credit who, we believe, are not entitled to it," said the inspector general. "We have made recommendations to [IRS] as to how they could address this, and they have [still] not taken sufficient action in our view to solve the problem."
Segall's investigation revealed that claims for additional child tax credits by ITIN filers have skyrocketed during the past decade--from $161 million in 2001 to $4.2 billion in tax year 2010.
He also found that illegal immigrants filed 3.02 million tax returns in 2010, with 72% of those returns (2.18 million) claiming the additional child tax credit.
Segall's attempts to speak with any of the 100,000 employees of the IRS were rebuffed; instead they emailed this statement...
"The law has been clear for over a decade that eligibility for these credits does not depend on work authorization status or the type of taxpayer identification number used. Any suggestion that the IRS shouldn't be paying out these credits under current law to ITIN holders is simply incorrect. The IRS administers the law impartially and applies it as it is written," the statement said.
George disagrees with that position and believes the IRS should be doing more to prevent undocumented workers from getting billions in US tax dollars. "The IRS is not doing something as simple as requesting sufficient documentation from people seeking this credit," he said. "Once the money goes out the door, it's nearly impossible for the IRS to get it back."
Segall says that the IRS says it can't change the system unless it gets permission from Congress; and closing this loophole requires lawmakers to pass a new law specifically excluding illegal immigrants from claiming additional child tax credits.
However, the IRS "Ten Facts About Child Tax Credit," does not concur, as illegal immigrants, by definition, fail the citizenship qualification test. Let's remember, this is an election year, Barack Obama is CEO, Harry Reid can block any legislation in the Senate, and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, who is George Russell's boss, is still claiming that Obamacare will reduce healthcare costs.

Tax Administration IG: IRS sent over $46 million
in refunds to thousands of ‘unauthorized’ aliens at the same address in Atlanta By Doug Powers • June 22, 2013 01:46 PM
(CNSNews.com) – The Internal Revenue Service sent 23,994 tax refunds worth a combined $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers who all used the same address in Atlanta, Ga., in 2011, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA).
That was not the only Atlanta address theoretically occupied by thousands of “unauthorized” alien workers receiving millions in federal tax refunds in 2011. In fact, according to a TIGTA audit report published last year, four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to “unauthorized” aliens were in Atlanta.
The IRS sent 11,284 refunds worth a combined $2,164,976 to unauthorized alien workers at a second Atlanta address; 3,608 worth $2,691,448 to a third; and 2,386 worth $1,232,943 to a fourth.
Perhaps the most remarkable act of the IRS was this: It assigned 6,411 ITINs (Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers) to unauthorized aliens presumably using a single address in Morganton, North Carolina. According to the 2010 Census, there were only 16,681 people in Morganton.
So, for the IRS to have been correct in issuing 6,411 ITINS to unauthorized aliens at a single address Morganton it would have meant that 38 percent of the town’s total population were unauthorized alien workers using a single address.
Meanwhile, if you made a single deposit of over $10,000 in cash into your bank account, you would most likely have some Feds knocking on your door (if they were in a polite mood).
This IG report was published almost a year ago. Why isn’t this big news? Why aren’t we seeing any perp walks? Why are we surprised there aren’t mass firings over excessive Tea Party scrutiny when there is apparently fraud by the tens of millions going on with no consequence whatsoever?
When I was in marketing a few years back, we would "de-dupe" the address file before every mailing to identify records with the same address. We would manually review them and drop any duplicates. And this was to avoid paying for extra mail advertisements at $.40 a piece in 1MM piece mail drops.
You must consciously choose not to do this industry standard database analysis. I wonder if they dedupe checks/direct deposits for Social Security, welfare. Medicare and food stamp "clients" or providers. They should run algorithms that ID every address or checking account that exceeds 2 recipients. Once investigated a flag could be set to remove them from future review if they check out.
Another example of willful incompetence - by the database administrators and the Inspector General.
..
The targeting of conservatives was reported by the IG a year ago as well, but nothing was done about that either. Apparently, the IRS is being fundamentally transformed, and there is no desire to reverse this transformation.
If you wanted to redistribute wealth, what better place than the IRS to do it without having to get Congressional approval? It also makes you wonder if some of those new ACORN organizations could be getting funding through the IRS. Someone should check their addresses to see if any match. But they are already set up to help run Obamacare exchanges and provide education outreach. That's why the Obamacare forms include voter registration. So the new ACORN should be well funded already.
Part of the education outreach that Obama turns over to community-organization groups (the new ACORN) is to teach them how to sign up for food stamps and welfare. Would it be a stretch to think they might teach illegal aliens how to milk the IRS for benefits as well? I wouldn't be surprised. If you don't need a social security number, what's to stop you from using multiple aliases to file for refunds? Dependents can be living in Mexico as long as you are sending them money, and they don't have to be your children. So, if you put 18 non-citizen dependents on your return, is the IRS going to go to Mexico to check on them? Does the new and improved IRS even bother to audit low income non-conservatives?
..
But yet, I have been waiting for over two years for them to pay my refund due to someone filing a fraudulent tax return with my name and SSN (using data that could only be found on a previous year's return, so an inside job!). Same job at major corporation for 18 years. Same home filing address for 13 years, same wife, same dependent child. Filed fraud paperwork with copy of passport, license, current ulitlity bills, etc., but has taken them over 2 years to verify I am the real me! (still waiting for the refund). I guess they are to busy sending refunds to Atlanta!!!
..
This is intolerable and unacceptable. Presumably, the IG's report was read by his or her higher ups. They did nothing about this. They should be purged from the federal payroll, and barred from ever working for the government again. Pending complicity born out by an investigation, they should also be prosecuted for the theft of multiple millions of dollars in taxpayer funds.
Next, did the drivers of the post office trucks ever question why they were delivering thousands of refund checks to the same house? If so, they're off the hook, and the supervisor they asked, who did nothing, should fall into the same category as the IRS supervisors who saw what was happening, and turned their heads.
Next, who owns these properties, these drops for millions in stolen taxpayer money? And what exactly makes them feel comfortable doing this? What assurances have they been offered, and by whom?
Next, why is this only coming to light a year after the fact? What is wrong with our media? This affects them as individual tax payers just as it does you and I. News flash: we've all just been robbed! Where is that killer instinct for "the story" so prevalent during other administrations? If they are not as offended by this abomination as you and I are, perhaps they should seek employment in another sector of the economy. I suggest fast food.
Lastly, why does it fall to me to ask these common sense questions? What are our duly elected representatives doing? Clearly they are not representing us, as they promised they would.
Please contact your representative and demand they get to the bottom of this insanity, or they'll be fired and replaced with someone who will. Intolerable, and unacceptable! Make no mistake: this is ORGANIZED CRIME. No, not the mafia. Your own government is engaged in organized crime, against you. How sad.

No Amnesty, No Peace! Schumer Threatens Mobs in D.C. If House GOP Won’t Pass ‘Gang of 8′ Bill
By John Hill on June 24, 2013
‘Gang of Eight’ amnesty pimp Sen. Chuck Schumer seems to be taking a page out of the book of race-baiting rabble-rouser Rev. Al Sharpton, in a naked attempt to intimidate House Republicans into passing the Gang’s amnesty bill “as is”.
Sharpton has infamously shouted “No Justice, No Peace” to exhort his racist crowds into action (and 0ften violence) to get their way. Currently Sharpton is threatening mob action if George Zimmerman is acquitted in Florida.
Chuckie told CNN’s Candy Crowley yesterday that House Speaker John Boehner has “no choice” but to pass the ‘Gang’ amnesty bill – and should he “bottle it up” in the GOP House, then Schumer said “I could envision in the late summer or early fall … a million people on the mall in Washington,” demanding action.
Schumer is not alone. The SEIU’s radical La Raza alumnus Eliseo Medina told the communist newspaper “People’s World” that “We are listening and will respond accordingly. There are 50 million reasons that the adults in the Republican Party better step in and stop this” – hinting at mass action if the House doesn’t push through amnesty against the wishes of the American people.
Rule of law vs. the rule of the mob. That is what this battle is ALL about.

ICE Agent union President Chris Crane has told us that ICE agents have been terminated for being "too aggressive" in enforcing the law against illegal aliens. But apparently employees who run websites calling for the MASS MURDER OF WHITE PEOPLE are just fine.
Ayo Kimathi, a 'small business specialist' for DHS and an ICE coordinator spends his nights and weekends preparing for a coming RACE WAR. But Kimathi told his bosses at the DHS that his anti-white, anti-gay site, "War is on the Horizon," was just an "entertainment" site that sells concert and lecture videos - and all this seems to be A-OK with them.
Abby Ohlheiser 502,570 Views Aug 21, 2013
A Department of Homeland Security employee who works on, among other things, the procurement of guns and ammunition for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, spends his nights and weekends preparing for a coming race war and advocating for anti-gay causes, according to a new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center. Meet Ayo Kimathi, a.k.a. “the Irritated Genie," who told his bosses at the DHS that his anti-white, anti-gay site, "War is on the Horizon," was just an entertainment site that sells concert and lecture videos.
You see, DHS employees, even those with office jobs like Kimathi's, have to get outside activities approved by their supervisors, according to the SPLC. Kimathi's former supervisor told the watchdog group, which tracks hate speech and groups in the U.S., that despite her former employee's banal description of his extracurricular activities, the actual content of the site left her "stunned." She continued: “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me." She added that had Kimathi's site been accurately described to the agency, there's no way the DHS would have signed off on it. Possibly to keep his bosses from looking up his work, Kimathi used only the site's acronym, WOH, in his permission request. In addition to his involvement in the purchase of ICE supplies, Kimathi also had a public profile for the agency, speaking at vendor events. As "Irritated Genie," Kimathi also has a public profile as a black supremacist advocate.
The content of Kimathi's advocacy demands some clarification. In some (white, conservative) circles, the term "black supremacist" is applied with a very wide brush. Black supremacy was the implication of Maine Governor Paul LePage's reported comments that President Obama "hates white people," for instance. Kimathi's site is not in this vein of this imagined threat — on the contrary, War on the Horizon calls Obama a "a treasonous mulatto scum dweller," and lists him among the movement's enemies (also on the list? Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, and Condoleezza Rice, among others) Instead, the DHS employee advocates for:
The mass murder of white people. His site says, "warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count." http://waronthehorizon.com/site/?p=1016
A conspiracy theory arguing that white people are trying to "homosexualize" black men in order to make them more effeminate and therefore weaker. As part of this, Kimathi, praises a series of laws in some African countries that criminalize LGBT behavior and people. Kimathi also advocates for the supremacy of black men above black women — he offers tips on his site, for instance, "to help every Black woman in the world understand what she needs to do to keep a strong Black man happy."
Conservatives don't tend to be fans of the Southern Poverty Law Center: this is the same group that labeled The American Family Association and pretty much the entire anti-Islam movement as hate groups. But their report seems primed to stoke the fires of a set of American conservatives who already believe the DHS is hoarding ammunition (contrary to the evidence), either to build a secret army, or to prevent gun owners from accessing it.
Update: ICE's Deputy Press Secretary Gillian Christensen responded in a statement to this story:
ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone. Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken.
Christensen declined to comment, as a matter of ICE policy, on whether the agency was currently investigating Kimathi or not.
The lunatics are truly running the asylum in this insane Administration.
