Joe Biden Calls for An ‘Unrelenting Stream of Immigrants’ As Illegals Overwhelm Border States

If it wasn’t obvious enough that the Obama Administration was engineering a bum rush at the border, we have Joe Biden, who can’t keep his mouth shut, to confirm it for us.

In a statement which, in the current disastrous conext almost seems like parody, Biden stated that we need a steady stream of immigrants for the purpose of helping our national economy:

Vice President Joseph R. Biden told a National Association of Manufacturers’ crowd this week that what the United States needed was more, not fewer, immigrants.

Specifically, Biden called for a “constant, unrelenting stream” of new immigrants — “not dribbling [but] significant flows,” to bolster the national economy, The Hill reported.

This as the border states of Texas and Arizona are embroiled in mass chaos as tens of thousands of illegal aliens overwhelm the Border Patrol, ICE, and state and local law enforcement, as Obama engineers a mass amnesty of imported undocumented Democrats.

“We need it badly from a purely — purely economic point of view,” Mr. Biden said, The Hill reported.

Later, on Twitter, he wrote: “The final thing we need to do together is pass immigration reform … We need it badly. -VP at manufacturing summit,” Newsmax reported.

We need illegal alien amnesty, and even more illegal border crossers badly? With tens of millions out of work, and the cost of illegal immigration already costing in excess of $113 billion per year?

And how is this “constant, unrelenting stream” of illegal aliens working for us? Well let’s take a look:

This ought to scare the daylights out of any “moderate” Republicans even considering taking on the disastrous fraud of so-called “immigration reform.” Even if they think they are doing the “right thing,” or pandering to Hispanic voters, the disastrous events at the border should demonstrate that Obama can never be trusted to enforce ANY border security measures they might pass.

One such Republican is Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, who created a firestorm this week by embracing “immigration reform” on a conference call with amnesty pimp Grover Norquist, then back-tracking by insisting he wants “border security first.”

Does Sen. Paul know the Secure Fence Act (2006) is already on the books, but was stopped cold by Obama and Pelosi in 2009. Does Sen. Paul really believe Obama would secure the border if the House passed a brand new border security bill, along with the amnesty the Democrats demand?

What will it take for the GOP to get it? Obama is trying to “fundamentally transform” America — into a Third World, one-party state.

The U.S. Border Patrol says it had arrested four Mexican police officers who mistakenly crossed the border into Texas while searching for a man who had been shot in the leg.

Border Patrol spokesman Agent Ramiro Cordero says U.S. agents found the wounded man on June 5 near a Texas farm not far from the Mexican border. The El Paso Times reports Saturday four other armed men were arrested when they crossed the border.

Cordero says these men turned out to be Chihuahua state police officers who had mistakenly crossed into the United States while looking for the gunshot victim. Cordero says the officers were returned to Mexico two days later.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama turned over the 5 worst terrorists at Gitmo in exchange for Bowe Bergdahl, a deserter who may have helped the Taliban kill U.S. troops.

But Obama has not had ONE WORD to say about the jailed U.S. Marine hero rotting in a Mexican jail.

Disgusting.

illegal children are transversing thru mexico to cross illegally into the US and our government does not do anything to stop the flow. does mexico dictate the laws in the US? does the US have some kind of agreement with Mexico? why hasn't mexico stopped these children coming from all those countries south of them from coming into mexico on their way to the US? how are these small children able to walk across all those countries or is someone transporting them?

CA declares whooping cough epidemic, rapid spread nationwide

(CNN) -- California is being hit hard with a whooping cough epidemic, according to the state's public health department, with 800 cases reported in the past two weeks alone.

The agency says that there were 3,458 whooping cough cases reported between January 1 and June 10, well ahead of the number of cases reported for all of 2013.

This is a problem of "epidemic proportions," the department said. And the number of actual cases may be even higher, because past studies have shown that for every case of whooping cough that is reported, there are 10 more that are not officially counted.

Whooping cough, known to doctors as pertussis, is a highly contagious respiratory infection that is caused by a bacterium known as Bordetella pertussis.

The popular name for the disease comes from the whooping sound an infected person makes when gasping for breath after a coughing fit.

The bacteria spreads through coughing and sneezing. One person can infect up to 15 people nearby, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Typically symptoms appear an average of seven to 10 days after exposure.

Infants and young children are more vulnerable to the disease than other age groups. It can be particularly dangerous for babies. About half of the infants who get whooping cough end up in a hospital. Some cases are fatal.

That's why the public health department in California is strongly urging people to make sure their vaccinations are up to date, especially if they're pregnant. State health officials are working closely with schools and local health departments to spread the word.

"Unlike some other vaccine-preventable diseases like measles, neither vaccination nor illness from pertussis offers lifetime immunity," Dr. Ron Chapman, director of the California Department of Public Health, said in a statement. "However, vaccination is still the best defense against the potentially fatal diseases."

All adults should get a Tdap booster, unless you had one as a teenager (after age 11).

Nationally, more than 90% of children get the first three doses of the vaccine, but far fewer get the booster.

California has historically had higher vaccination rates than other states, but a recent study found large clusters of parents who did not vaccinate their children close to areas with a large number of whooping cough cases during the 2010 California outbreak.

The current outbreak is too new for scientists to know if there is a similar pattern.

Whooping cough cases have spread rapidly in the United States this year, with a 24% increase nationally in the number of cases, compared to January through April of last year, according to the CDC.

Other states are reporting similar problems. The Mobile County Health Department in Alabama, for example, recently noted an "alarming" rise of cases locally, with 18 cases in May and June. That's more than all the reported cases in Mobile for 2013, health officials say.

If you do catch whooping cough, you will typically be treated with antibiotics. Doctors often also treat all the family members in an infected person's house to prevent transmission.

OBAMA SHIPPING ILLEGAL ALIENS TO MASSACHUSETTS!

A Boston TV station has discovered that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been flying planeloads of illegal immigrants to Massachusetts over the past couple of weeks.

ICE officials confirmed to Fox 25 on Friday that at least six commercial, agency-owned charter flights have transported detainees to the Boston area. The agency told the station that moving detainees from the southern borders to other areas of the country is routine. “There are a number of concerns,” said Jessica Vaughn spokesperson for the Center for Immigration Studies, adding that the crisis at the border is distracting U.S. agencies from their regular mission to deport illegal immigrants convicted of crimes.

Recent reports found that in May, ICE released 36,000 immigrants with criminal convictions into communities for a number of reasons, Vaughn said. “This influx of people is a direct result of recent policies,” she said. “According to border patrol’s own intelligence, what the immigrants are telling them, is that they’re coming now because there’s a new law that gives them permission to stay.”
