A video purportedly showing a "UFO mothership" and a "fleet" of alien spacecraft has gone viral on YouTube on June 28, two days after it was uploaded.

The video begins with shaky footage caused by what can be assumed to be the person behind the camera running down the street to where a group of people stand filming the sky on their mobiles. The camera then turns upwards, where three shining dots can be seen passing through the sky.

The circular dots then return several times before a similar larger shape appears, hovers for a short while then disappears at speed. In the background a man can be heard saying "There's a UFO up there."

The video was first uploaded June 24 by YouTube user alymc01, who despite being a member since 2007 appears to only have this video and a duplicate of it on his or her channel; the video that has gone viral is a re-post of that footage by user EllasVirgo.

The video has received some mainstream press coverage in addition to mentions on blogs specializing in UFOs. While no marketing company has yet come forward to claim responsibility for the footage, a number of similar videos have appeared on YouTube over the past few days, including

UFO fleet over Tower Bridge London 6/24/2011 and UFO June 2011, leading some to question if the videos are part of a viral promotional campaign.

Does video above show a UFO "mothership" and a fleet of spacecraft hovering in the sky over London, England?

It certainly seems to be sparking interest. Since being posted on YouTube Friday, it's been viewed more than 835,000 times.

The video, taken by a pedestrian on a London street, shows three shining circular dots moving around the sky. Then a larger shape appears and hovers for a while, before abruptly moving behind a cloud. "There's a UFO up there," says a man in the crowd.

Two similar videos have also appeared on YouTube recently. That's led some to question whether the whole thing might just be a clever promotional campaign—a less alien concept in a world city today.

Whatever the truth about the video, some experts think we're likely to come into contact with alien life forms sooner or later--perhaps sooner. "Life exists on other planets, and we will find it within 20 years," a top Russian astronomer said Monday.

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian scientists expect humanity to encounter alien civilizations within the next two decades, a top Russian astronomer predicted on Monday. "The genesis of life is as inevitable as the formation of atoms... Life exists on other planets and we will find it within 20 years," Andrei Finkelstein, director of the Russian Academy of Sciences' Applied Astronomy Institute, was quoted by the Interfax news agency as saying.

Speaking at an international forum dedicated to the search for extraterrestrial life, Finkelstein said 10 percent of the known planets circling suns in the galaxy resemble Earth.

If water can be found there, then so can life, he said, adding that aliens would most likely resemble humans with two arms, two legs and a head. "They may have different color skin, but even we have that," he said.

Finkelstein's institute runs a program launched in the 1960s at the height of the Cold War space race to watch for and beam out radio signals to outer space. "The whole time we have been searching for extraterrestrial civilizations, we have mainly been waiting for messages from space and not the other way," he said.

'UFO' Over Chinese Airport Just an Unusual Cloud

According to the newspaper Shanghai Daily, air traffic at a major Chinese airport was temporarily halted on Wednesday (Aug. 17) — not because of a power failure or bad weather, but because of a potentially threatening Unidentified Floating Object.

Details about the incident remain sketchy, but someone (it's not clear whether it was pilots, air traffic controllers or people on the ground) reported seeing the mysterious UFO hovering over Jiangbei International Airport in southwestern China. The white doughnut-shaped object stayed in the sky for nearly an hour before fading away.

The newspaper said that some airport workers dismissed the UFO as a huge balloon or Chinese lantern, and though these skeptical explanations may have been responsible for earlier UFO sightings, this particular UFO has a much more prosaic explanation.

It's what known as a hole-punch cloud, which can form in two types of clouds, cirrus and cirrostratus. These clouds are composed of ice crystals and super-cooled water droplets, and when disturbed freeze instantly or evaporate. The droplets that re-freeze rejoin the rest of the cloud; the ones that evaporate form a strange hole in the cloud.

This is only the most recent of a series of UFO reports coming out of China. Many of the Chinese reports have been debunked as astronomical phenomenon, military tests and so on. For example, some of the UFO reports described the appearance and location of Venus; and Wang Sichao, a planetary astronomer with the Chinese Academy of Science, found that some of the UFO photos were actually created by reflections of outdoor lamps on camera lenses.

Assuming the news report is true (and the Chinese government and media are not known for prompt and accurate reporting), it's not clear why airport officials would have thought that a cloud — albeit a very unusual one — might be a threat to aviation safety.

Then again, airports around the world are known for overreacting to minor or nonexistent security threats and err on the side of caution. Most airplane passengers would likely agree: Better safe than sorry, whatever the UFO is.

Last October, footage of a giant halo in an overcast sky over Moscow surfaced on YouTube. The video had everything needed to ignite UFO rumors. It's grainy. At one point, a dark pointy object appears to bolt out of the ring. There's even a panicked-sounding Russian radio broadcast in the background.

Cool-headed meteorologists were quick to put the story to bed: It was just an optical illusion, the cause of sunlight hitting a cloud disturbed by wind or plane traffic in just the right way. Most likely it was what is known as a hole-punch cloud. These occur in cirrus or cirrostratus clouds, which are often composed of ice crystals and super-cooled water droplets – water that is below freezing temperature, but still in liquid form. The physical properties that hold these clouds together are delicate, and when disturbed – by a jet plane, wind or even cloud seeding efforts – the droplets can freeze instantly or evaporate, the latter of which will form the hole.

UK government releases ‘X-Files’ UFO documents

In a move that seems to have come straight from 'The X-Files,' the British government recently released a trove of data relating to the U.K.'s response to the possible existence of UFOs. The 25 files and 6,700 pages of data document UFO policy, issues with media outreach, public correspondence, and, of course, reports of UFO sightings from the public.

The Ministry of Defence received more than 10,000 reports of UFOs between 1950 and 2009. The sightings ranged from events that could be easily explained -- aircraft lights, satellites -- to more credible reports from police officers, pilots, and members of the military. Nick Pope, a UFO desk officer from 1991 to 1994, said, "These are probably the most fascinating and bizarre government files ever made available to the public."

The release includes the admission that at least one intelligence official desired to weaponize alien technology. The official is quoted as saying, "If the reports are taken at face value, then devices exist that do not use conventional reaction propulsion systems; they have a very wide range of speeds and are stealthy. I suggest we could use this technology, if it exists." The documents are causing a stir in conspiracy theorist circles as well, or, as Pope put it, "It's been suggested that this release program is disinformation ... and a phrase that you often hear is, 'All the good stuff's been kept back. '"

Talk about an uninvited guest at the Olympics.

Friday night's spectacular pyrotechnics display of the most watched opening ceremony in summer Olympics history attracted more than the eyes of over 40 million people. A clearly seen unidentified flying object was videotaped making its way over London's Olympic stadium, reports Examiner.com.

The disc-shaped object is first seen entering the upper left portion of the video as the fireworks erupt over the stadium. The UFO -- which appears to have a dome or bulge rising from its center -- moves slowly across the sky as if deliberately observing the light-show spectacle below it.

While NBC Olympics -- a division of NBC Sports -- has chosen Goodyear blimps for all of its 2012 Olympics aerial coverage, the strange-looking object that appeared over the opening ceremonies doesn't appear to be a blimp.

So what was it?

On an evening that included an apparent Queen Elizabeth and 007 agent James Bond parachuting out of a helicopter into the Olympics stadium, most people probably wouldn't have been surprised if a staged UFO was also on the entertainment menu, just two weeks after the U.K. released its most recent batch of UFO documents.

Last month, a former Ministry of Defense UFO desk officer suggested that a huge event like the London Olympic Games, could present itself as a prime target for otherworldly craft to show themselves to a gigantic viewing audience. "With the summer of mass events, we are all on high alert for terrorism. But we must also cast our eyes further afield and be prepared for even the most seemingly unfathomable," said Nick Pope, according to PressTV.

Pope wrote earlier this year of a conspiracy theory rumor that suggested a fake alien attack would be staged at the London Olympics. "A combination of special effects and holographic technology will be used to create the illusion of an alien invasion, the rumor claims," Pope wrote on TruTV.com.

"If aliens have studied our psychology, they may choose to appear in our skies on a significant date -- the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games is one date being widely circulated by conspiracy groups," PressTV quoted Pope.

Maybe Friday night's UFO appearance was a dress rehearsal.

Hmmm, curious at the response - I think that perhaps the security forces were made aware that a "special effect object" would be making its presence, well in advance. With all the security units on high alert for ANY type of possible terrorist attack - none of the security forces thought enough to "escort", or shoot down the object? No one thought of her Majesty being in the crowd? LOL

What if it HAD been just a regular Earth terrorist?

Of course, part of me is excited that perhaps in my lifetime I will actually get to see "first-contact". OMG!

Mexican Government Releases Proof of E.T.’s and Ancient Space Travel
In what will soon be considered as the Holy Grail of extraterrestrial research, the Mexican government has released ancient documents proving the existence of E.T.’s once and for all.

Sundance winner Juan Carlos Rulfo’s Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond also touches on such technology. “Producer Raul Julia-Levy said the documentary-makers were working in cooperation with the Mexican government for what he said was “the good of mankind”. He said the order to collaborate had come directly from the country’s president, Ã�lvaro Colom Caballeros.

“Mexico will release codices, artefacts and significant documents with evidence of Mayan and extraterrestrial contact, and all of their information will be corroborated by archaeologists,” he said. “The Mexican government is not making this statement on their own – everything we say, we’re going to back it up.”

Caballeros himself was conspicuous by his absence from the statement released by Julia-Levy. So far, the minister of tourism for the Mexican state of Campeche, Luis Augusto GarcÃ*a Rosado, appears to be the highest-ranking government official to go on record confirming the discovery of extraterrestrial life, but he’s not holding back.

In a statement, Rosado spoke of contact “between the Mayans and extraterrestrials, supported by translations of certain codices, which the government has kept secure in underground vaults for some time”. In a telephone conversation with the Wrap, he also spoke of “landing pads in the jungle that are 3,000 years old”.[2]

These secrets have been said to be “protected” by the mexican government for as long as 80-years.

Crystal Clear Video of Multiple UFOs Captured In Sao Paulo Brasil

Below is a video of a recent UFO sighting that took place in Sa0 Paulo, Brasil in early August of this year. The footage is extremely clear and shows multiple objects that are clearly unidentifiable.

There are plenty of UFO videos floating around on YouTube, with little doubt that many of them are fake. On the other hand, the rate of UFO incidents continues to climb so much that people are witnessing them for themselves. The UFO problem has been examined in detail for a very long time, especially in South America.



How To Decipher Between What’s Real and What Isn’t

Below are a few of many examples of authentic documented UFO encounters. As far as video footage goes, there are some real ones floating around out there. Contrary to popular belief, UFOs are caught on camera all the time, and the best way to decipher between what’s real and isn’t is to actually research the subject for yourself. It’s a serious topic that deserves proper attention.

One of most dramatic of all were two encounters that year on December 16th by the Chilean Air Force:

“Two pilots on a training mission, each flying an F5 fighter aircraft, tracked the object on their airborne radar. It gave a return equal to ten or more aircraft carriers-except this object was in the air, not floating on the water. Each pilot assumed his radar equipment was faulty, until he learned that the other pilot was also getting the same return. Not only this, but ground radar from a nearby airport also picked up the object and confirmed its huge size. The pilots also saw the object with their own eyes. One pilot later said that at a distance of twenty miles, it looked “like a plantain banana swathed in smoke.� The pilots were frightened, having no missiles or weapons. As they approached the massive object, which had been motionless all this while, it took off at an unimaginable speed. All at once, it vanished from the three radar screens.�(0)(2)

“The very next morning the Chilean Air Force scrambled some F5 fighter jets to intercept another very large UFO. The pilots described this one as very bright, and very large. The Chilean Air Force has officially acknowledged these events, but could not explain what had occurred.�(0)(2)

Here is an NSA document describing a case from Iran.

Brazil (where the above footage comes from) has a number of interesting documented cases, one in particular (for example) happened On May 19, 1986. There was a large portion of Brazilian airspace that was constantly occupied by UFOs. The Brazilian air-force constantly scrambled their jets to get a closer look at what they were picking up on radar. Here is a quote from the Brazilian Minister of Aeronautics, Brigadier General Otavio Moreira Lima:

“At least 20 objects were detected by Brazilian radars. They saturated the radars and interrupted traffic in the area. Each time that radar detected unidentified objects, fighters took off for intercept. Radar detects only solid metallic bodies and heavy (mass) clouds. There were no clouds nor conventional aircraft in the region. The sky was clear. Radar doesn’t have optical illusions. We can only give technical explanations and we don’t have them. It would be very difficult for us to talk about the hypothesis of an electronic war. It’s very remote and it’s not the case here in Brazil. It’s fantastic. The signals on the radar were quite clear.� (0)(1)

When it comes to real footage of UFOs (unidentified flying objects), film from the 1991 NASA STS-48 Discovery Space Shuttle mission is definitely one at the top of the list. This footage is real, well documented, and has been the subject of rigorous scientific investigation by multiple researchers and institutions. (source)(source)(source)

The video below shows as many as a dozen objects moving in unusual fashion. Apart from that, the most fascinating part is when we see one object at a point near the horizon, as a flash occurs, followed by another object or stream that moves rapidly across the field of view, the object shoots off into space.



HERE is a clip of scientists from Norway capturing multiple UFOs on film. The list goes on, even the Mexican Air Force has released their footage of UFOs from scrambled air craft, it made headlines but was attempted to be debunked by many mainstream media outlets .You can check that out HERE.

The point here is that the internet is flooded with UFO footage, and their existence has been documented for a long time. There are thousands of pages of government documents that illustrate it, and you can learn a little more and view some documents by clicking HERE.

For the new readers, I tend to use the below video in many of my articles, but there are always those who have never seen it. Another example of someone who did their research, from the interviews I’ve watched of him he seemed very enthusiastic and passionate about changing the world.

Again, I do not mean to imply that the UFOs seen in the above video from Brasil are extraterrestrial/dimensional, but it’s definitely not out of the question. As Dr. O’leary reports in the video, the evidence that is available for ET races points to different looking beings, although there are many reports of human looking ones as well.

Were there UFOs over Houston?

HOUSTON - Pictures posted on Twitter Monday night and Tuesday morning show something floating through the skies over the Houston area.

In one, a circular object appears to hover. In another photo, something appears in front of impressive clouds. In a third picture, a lighted circle appears to stand on its side. "I think the trick in UFO's is figuring out what else they could be. It's easy to say that could be the aliens," said Dr. Carolyn Sumners, vice president for astronomy at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.

She investigates and is writing a show about UFO's. "If it's a real object and it looks like it is. The more people who see it in different directions, the more likely we are to figure out where it is, what it is and see if we can explain it," Sumners said.

She said the rough weather in the Houston area on Monday night could help explain what we saw in the skies over Houston. "All the way back to recorded history, there are going to be things we can't explain. That's what makes it exciting," she said.

For now, what some consider a UFO remains unidentified.

Louisiana: Loud Boom Heard and Felt, But Source Is a Mystery

People in Louisiana reported hearing a loud boom on Monday, and the National Weather Service spotted a debris field on radar, but a source of the mysterious sight and sound hasn’t been reported.

Radar showed debris rising 1,000 to 1,500 feet in the air after the loud boom, according to KCEN-TV.

The boom was heard at about 4:30 p.m. on Monday, and the debris field could be seen through 6 p.m.

KCEN-TV reported that no seismic activity was recorded in the area; nearby gas and oil operations reported no evidence of explosion; and nothing at a nearby military base could explain the event.

Amateur astronomers say a meteor could be the culprit. “IF it was a large meteoroid fragmentation a LOUD BOOM would result. IF media witness reports are correct, and IF this event was meteor related, the detonation occurred near Greenwood, LA and Waskom, LA areas at 18-25 miles above the Earth,” a Lunar Meteorite Hunters blog post said.

A viewer told KSLA-TV that she saw the sky light up a bright orange color and what appeared to be fire sparks above the tree line.

Linda Stewart, who lives in Greenwood, Louisiana, described the loud boom to WLOX-TV: "My couch came up off the floor a little bit, my back wall felt like it was going to cave in, it was so loud!"
