He didnt raise 600 million dollars in campaign donations by not promising something. I find it funny that people feel stiffed by him. I felt that way with the media during the election. If they would have done a non biased reporting, they might not be shocked now. lol

I think the UAW who REALLY pushed in the plants to vote for Obama, are now finding out that he may not be the dem in pocket like they hoped.

I remember, pre-election, if you put up a McCain banner, poster, or breathed his name, UAW would rip it off the walls... so much for unbiasedness...

I am not surprised that he is renigging on most everything that got him there though.

It wasn't only UAW pushing workers to vote for him. USW also was pushing workers to vote for him. Go figure, the 2 largest unions in the world. I attended a convention in Las Vegas in June and they (the higher ups) basically was brainwashing the 4000 people in attendance to vote for him.

For those who think Obama isn't really that liberal.....

IMO you are dead wrong. I think though, that he is a very savvy political realist.

IF he actually pushes TOO far left, IMO the people will NEVER give him a second term.

I could be wrong, but I think he is just biding his time.....IF he gets a 2nd term, there will be NO stopping the liberal express train.

I've been thinking that, also. If liberals get what they want, they won't like the impact to the economy. So, he can't do it right away. A second term? It will be a runaway train and look out for years after.

Sadly, I just don't think we have ANYONE who can serve as the next Reagan.

Remember the mess that Carter left??? We are in for more of the same, and WORSE if he gets a second term.

I don't know about the USW -- only the UAW and I am not impressed by their money or their strongarm in the least...it's enough to make me only want to buy a Toyota or Scion or Kia (but prefer a Scion)
2 days from now, tomorrow will be yesterday.

Yes, I do remember the mess that was left. We'll just have to wait and see on this one. Maybe, like Carter, there will only be one term. No matter liberal or conservative, people don't like terrorist attacks and they like prime rates at 21% even less.

We have some up and coming conservatives. It's a wait and see game. I'm hopeful!

Slam! Fox News’ Martha MacCallum calls out lapdog media with simple question
Posted at 9:43 am on June 2, 2013 by Twitchy Staff

    martha maccallum ✔ @marthamaccallum

Press wanted every tick-tock of Pres Bush during 9/11 - why not require the same of Pres Obama during 9/11/12 #Benghazi ?

    9:52 AM - 31 May 2013
    Bam!

But, hey, “what difference does it make,” right? In fact, David Plouffe recently said it’s totally irrelevant! Good little lapdogs listened, apparently.

But Fox News’ Martha MacCallum is no lapdog: She took to Twitter to point out the absurd media double standard with one simple question.
