Thanks! It's the SaverLife : Scratch and Save Sweepstakes, a weekly entry instant win sweep. You do have to join Saver Life, but you don't have to have an account there. You get 3 chances a week. It started in July and ends in early January. Some weeks I don't win, but a couple of times, I've won twice that week. It's the only instant that I seem to have any luck with. I have a feeling the thrift store is going to get a box of Mr. Peanut trinkets some time in March.
