Each Sweepstakes Prize consists of:

One (1) Jimmy Dean gift basket which contains a Jimmy Dean branded postcard & a $25 Visa giftcard; and One (1) Caroling Event - A 30min Jimmy Dean brand-themed Christmas caroling performance at the Winner's place of residence as set forth in the Sweepstakes Entry.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Sweepstakes Prize is $100.00. The total ARV of all prizes is $10,000.00.
