EDCare is thrilled to announce the release of our 8th Annual Experience Calendar!
Every year our multidisciplinary treatment team puts together a therapeutic-based calendar dedicated to supporting those working toward eating disorder recovery.
This interactive tool can be used all year long by individuals who are just beginning their journey, those who are currently in treatment, and those who have achieved recovery. This year, our theme is dedicated to breaking through black-and-white thinking, a mindset that often accompanies eating disorders.
We know the recovery journey is colorful, messy, scary, and ultimately freeing! Whether you are new to using our calendars or look forward to receiving one each year, we hope this year’s theme and weekly experiences inspire you to continue your fight for recovery and enable you to genuinely engage in authentic self-expression.
