This survey took only a couple minutes. It's Mobil Oil, and they just ask about oil changes -- not interested in if you use the product. Simple. You do have to agree to get newsletters -- unsubscribe after you get your money!

Entry is limited to the first six hundred (600) eligible participants. Each eligible participant will receive their choice of one (1) $5.00 Venmo or PayPal reward (a ‘Reward’), and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing for a Prize.
Once your survey response has been validated, you will receive the Venmo or PayPal payment instructions by email.
